I've had the ServiceOne Warranty contract for several years now and I, must say I haven't been happier. The peace of mind knowing that if a issue of household maintenance and/or replacement be needed I'm protected. [redacted] a ServiceOne Tech was just out to do a Furnace tune-up for winter, he did a great job...very professional an personable. [redacted] explained what service he performed and some tips on saving energy. I'd recommend ServiceOne and [redacted] with confidence.

I've needed to call on them for a variety of homeowner issues over those years and it affirms the reason I renew with them each and every year. From heating + air to plumbing to washer + dryer issues, they have been super helpful with all the different problems I've had. Noticed I was having a leaking garbage disposal. Was told the call time for appt would be between 8-12. [redacted] arrived at 5 after 8, quickly reviewed the situation, and had a new disposal in place and the pipe fixed within 45 minutes. Very professional, polite, and courteous. Extremely helpful!

[redacted] was the tech that serviced our furnace. He was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. I was dealing with some medical issues concerning my dad and he was worried that I didn't like what he was doing. Was very glad he spoke up because my head was not where it should have been when I was speaking to him. I would have hated that he left here thinking I didn't like his work. I would recommend him highly to come and service our equipment again.

Tech called ahead of appointment time. Showed up at appointment time. Was courteous polite and performed the 20 point annual maintenance check.

[redacted] was our technician. Our A/C went out on Father's Day and he was able to come out several days earlier than we had been estimated, which was great since we had a nasty heat wave. Very nice, courteous and professional. Quickly found and fixed the issue and thoroughly checked to make sure that was the only problem. By using this service we only had a small service charge instead of an expensive repair, so I would definitely recommend this company and [redacted] to anyone looking for home warranty services.
