I had a very positive experience with ServiceOne. [redacted] worked on my plumbing and [redacted] worked on my oven. They both were very experienced and were able to diagnose the problem right away. They were very courteous and informative.

[redacted] came to my house on Friday on a last minute service call to repair my air conditioner. He was very helpful. His work and customer service was great. I have been a customer with Service One for many years and because of people like [redacted] I will continue to be a customer. Thanks for the great work!

After I saw the other negative review, I thought I would post mine below as well. I am hoping their management will get the hint eventually that their service is starting to lack and the people on the phones aren't treating customers well. I would like them to get it turned around as I prefer to support local companies. They did give me my money back as well as they couldn't get it together and I did go to a large national warranty company. If they can get it together, I would try them again as I prefer to support local companies if I can and keep the money local .. that is if they provide the service I have purchased.

I received a Service One Warranty when we bought our house. We were pretty excited as they were a local company and like to support local companies when we can. A complete disaster trying to get people to come out. When scheduling doesn't work they make excuses and try to pass it back off as my fault. The last time I waited around for them for 2 hours after they were supposed to be there and finally went to work.

Note to Service One: When you are providing a service to customers that have a problem and they pay for this service, you need to PROVIDE the actual service.
I would have been one of your biggest advocates and probably brought you many other customers if you had done what you said and had several people waiting to see how it went with you .. I have told them and none of them are considering you now. You need to treat your customers with more respect and an occasional missed appointment isn't the end of the world .. but how you treat them when they call in about the missed appointment is what defines your company .. and you failed! Horribly!

We have benefited from our home warranty with Service One for nearly 8 years. Their response to our request for service has always been prompt, courteous and resulted in the necessary, emergent repair without fail. On this occasion a ruptured water line was addressed and the basement drain was cleaned to ensure timely attention to the problem. our air conditioner went out on memorial day. [redacted] was not able to come until 6/4. He said our mother board blew. He needed to order the part, which would take about a week. The temps were going to be about 100 degrees that week. He was able to fix the fan so we had some air movement in the house. We really appreciate that he took the time to fix the fan. We are in our late sixties and the house would have been even hotter if he hadn't taken the time to do that.

Called for service on Sunday, [redacted] was here in about an hour. Main sewer problem. [redacted] was very professional. He keep explaining to me what he was doing.

[redacted] with Service One did an excellent job servicing our furnace. He went out of his way to repair the air filter track along with taping the bottom of the furnace to eliminate dust to enter. He also explained I would be charged only a return fee for a follow-up repair. I thought [redacted] explained all repairs so I was able to understand what was needed to be done to complete the job.
