My A/C went out on a Friday and they brought me a portable unit to get me through the weekend until they could get to me on MondayI was afraid I was going to have to replace it since it is years old but *** managed to get it running Thank you so much for that and the use of the portable a/c unit

This was the worst customer service I have ever seen The tech,***, wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem and was clearly setting up a sale He said he didn't have a fan in stock but could use the old one if it could be taken off First he didn't have the proper Allen wrench(also claimed they were stripped out) and had to use mine(turns out they weren't stripped out), then he had the wrong hub puller (another company got the fan off in :seconds) He then said a fan was in stock and they could get everything working for $*** plus $*** for the work already done Had he said the fan was in stock the work done wouldn't had to be performed so it was a clear money grab Speaking with the office was no help They hung on me and a representative has never called back like I was told Then a salesman showed up the next day so clearly they do not have good communication inside their own company For half the cost the other company(***) got me setup and earned a handsome tip This was never about money, purely service and they failed miserably Plus it was the highest temperature of the season at that point so leaving a customer without AC was an additional slap in the face

5*** for *** and for Service One Very educated on HVAC's and humidifiers Really helped me in his inspection of my furnace, to be more knowledgeable about my HVAC

Professional and polite Thoroughly checked out our system and explained, as we requested, how it works and how to maintain it Cleaned the drain and showed us how to keep it clear

I had an appliance problem I couldn't handle and I called ServiceOne for helpSooner than the scheduled day appointment (days early), I got a call that a tech was available and could be at my location shortlyWell, as the problem was with my washer and dryer, I was excited to get the early call for repairShortly afterwards the ServiceOne tech, ***, was at my doorWithout wasting any time, the man went straight to the laundry room and assessed the repairTaking no shortcuts, and with very pleasant conversation*** fixed the problem best he could and told me he was going to order the parts to further repair the machinesI was so impressed with his knowledge of the repair I honestly wished he was my next door neighbor! I can't thank him enough personally for the job he did, and also the ServiceOne office for their diligence in taking care of the call
