Three visits from this company to make a repair they deemed necessary before they would cover my furnace under the warranty purchased by the home seller. I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and [redacted] for ServiceOne came out and diagnosed the issue within a matter of minutes, cleaned an repaired the unit very well.

ServiceOne responded quickly to my issue and had the parts for my Make and Model unit on hand.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night on one of the frigid nights last week. I called ServiceOne first thing the next morning and by 9:30 AM, I had heat. [redacted] was the technician and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had my furnace fixed in less than 20 minutes after arrival.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with ServiceOne rep [redacted]. We called once in the summer with an issue with our air comditioner, and once this winter when our furnace stopped working. Both times, [redacted] arrived soon after we called, was professional and courteous. The diagnostic fee from ServiceOne is reasonable compared to other HVAC companies. He took a few moments to explain what was going on with our systems. As a result, we had the confidence that our issue was resolved properly. It's not every day you can interact with service professionals without feeling you may be getting taken advantage of or told something that just isn't true. I was very pleased with a visit by Service one Service Pro: [redacted] on February 6,2017. [redacted] was on time, pleasant and helpful. He listened and answered all questions with patience and made it easy for me to understand. He was able to check and hook up my humidifier. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and resolving my problem.

Neither of us had ever heard of a razor blade disposal slot, apparently common in homes built between the thirties and fifties, for men to dispose of their double edged blades right inside the wall of their family home--and yet when the plumbing failure in my older home brought us into this bizarre realm of crazy home features, [redacted] was totally amazing in working around it.
