[redacted] was my Service 1 rep who came to my home to resolve some issues I kept running into on my new airconditioner/heater element. I was having some issues on how to use the set up to ensure my house stayed in the range that it should be in and then he clarified some things for me when I asked him a question. When the next light goes on I will call for service and request Alan he was great. I have had nothing but the best work in my home in the 26 years I have owned my home and that is also how long I have been with Service 1. Thanks!

fixed the problem to our satisfaction

The service tech was friendly and on top of things. He made sure our AC was working properly by hanging out for bit to check readings. The only gig I would give him is when he called I said to call number again when he got to house as I may not hear doorbell. He said he would be at house in 10-15 minutes and I read that as he thought the best option would be for me to just be by door. This might have been my misreading so I give him a 5 star.

[redacted] was the technician that performed out winter furnace tune-up. He was very thorough and professional. He identified an issue with the furnace and came back out a few days later with the replacement part. [redacted] was also very good with our dog, and was conscientious about not letting our dog out while he was coming and going.

My husband and I are so pleased that we have a company like ServiceOne! [redacted] and his plumbing team helped repair and replace a kitchen sink waste line and 3" stack. They were professional, clean, and quick.
No one is every happy to have issues around the house that need fixed, but we are always grateful for ServiceOne and their quality team.
