Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My escrow account was debited for $on 05/01/to Will CountyThis amount was incorrect I requested via phone 05/04/that this be correctedI then faxed the actual tax bill to Seterus on 05/05/ I never received a response as to the outcome of their investigation On 05/18/my escrow was debited for the correct amount of $to Will County There is no record accessible to me that shows the original amount being deposited back into my escrow account The second installment property tax is due 09/03/for $and Seterus shows that it will send out on 08/01/2015, a month earlier than expected They also have a upcoming debit for $for 05/01/2016, which is inaccurate since the amount of the taxes due isn't available until 05/and due 06/ Seterus also does not show any past tax and insurance payouts from my escrow account Conveniently, I caught the error in May prior to my statement being issued, so they do not show the questioned debit on a statement I feel that I am owed a true and accurate transaction record of my escrow account, including all credits and debits Seterus also did not address the fact that they failed to make PMI payments from my escrow account for several months and had to do a large catdistribution to fix it Their response to me that you were not copied on did not address any of their constant shortcomings and only referenced that taxes paid on 05/18/were accurate (nothing about the earlier payment in error and its status) and that on 05/29/they accurately paid my PMI (again not mentioning the errors of previous months) If it were possible without going through yet another refinance, I would have fired Seterus after the first two months that I was forced to be a customer of theirs Every time you try to communicate with them they force you to call their toll free number and speak to a representative who was no information and cannot provide any help I am attaching a copy of their response letter that was not sent to you for your referenceAs you will see on their letter, if I have questions regrading their letter, I should call their toll free customer service line I will consider this resolved when I get answers to all my concerns and have full real-time access to my information through the Seterus website as should be provided by a lender.Sincerely, [redacted] ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

My complaint # [redacted] was resolved on 8/03/I received a phone call from Pam V [redacted] at Seterus informing me that my deed in lieu/mortgage release was approved, and I should expect papers to sign that will be sent to me via FedEx Thank you, [redacted]

I have received a form today that needs to be returned to youI do not know how to accomplish thisI am to sign to allow you to access my Seterus account and am willing to allow this but I cannot figure out how to sign the form an return it Seterus has made an attempt to resolve the issue but I am still concerned that the date they applied it gives me credit back to the date it should be appliedTheir records show that it was recorded on Nov 12th, but it should be given credit on July 6thI am still paying interest on the money that accumulated interest between those datesThey have corrected the amount There is still the issue of accepting my money for an appraisal ($350) to drop PMI but nothing has been done to resolve the issueMy phone number is a working number and I have not received any calls attempting to schedule for appraisalAs of Dec 6th, a time frame of days will have passed and I am still being charged approximately $monthly that should have been taken off my bill within a reasonable time frameI have contacted Seterus at least times checking on this issue

Hello [redacted] , I wanted to let you know we received a letter from Seterus in regards to our mortgage written by the same representative that sent the Revdex.com the responseHowever, the letter does not resolve the issue.It does not say they would give us the forbearance requested or lower paymentsHe even insists the payments they had outlined in the first documents they sent us in the summer are smaller then the "original"onesThis is not true if they mean the payments we were making to Chase before the loan was sold to Seterus.The new mailing has no amounts/numbers or due dates of any sortShould we contact the representative ourselves? Can the Revdex.com continue with the complaint or do we need to open a new one?Please advise how to proceed.Thanks again for your help[redacted]
