Ms [redacted] requests correction to a credit report I personally conducted an internal investigation, which consisted of the following: ? I reviewed this file as well as all notes that are associated with the file ? I also spoke with the Client regarding information in their internal files Upon conclusion of my internal investigation, I determined the following: ? We do not see any conversations on the account with a third party or information given to anyone otherthan the account-holderThe caller identified herself as the account-holder and we then verified the last four only of the social security numberAdditionally, the account-holder then requested a statement be sent and we verified the address she would like the statement sent to as part of the same conversation after identity was establishedI have placed the account in a cease calls status to proven any further phone calls on this account ? I sent this complaint to the client to review for the insurance/billing dispute as no insurance was listed by the facilityThe account will remain on hold until resolvedIf the consumer has a copy of the card covering the date of service, that would help facilitate resolution ? Thank you, the accounts placed in February that have been receiving payments have not been credit reported, as agreed.The accounts being credit reported are new accounts placed on 6/21/ A letter was sent on 6/and messages left on 6/and 6/informing of these accounts and to try to set up arrangements but no callback was received and no arrangements made There have also been several unanswered calls on the account.If arrangements are setup and met on the new accounts, I will authorize credit reporting deletion on these accounts to pay them off This is no usually done, but we will do so to resolve this complaint.Kimberly E [redacted] Phoenix Financial Services LLC
