Thank you, please let us know the dates of the previous calls as I do not show any calls prior to 8/9/16 on the account.  We are required to verify the identity of the caller before releasing information regarding the debt and underlying medical treatment due to federal regulations. We did...

mail a letter validating the account and advising of the intention to credit report on 6/15/16.  There are no telephone calls showing on the account until 8/9/16, which shows an inbound call asking for more information.  A statement was then emailed at the consumer's request to the email address given.I have placed the account in a cease communications status at this time due to complaint.Kimberly E[redacted]Phoenix Financial Services LLC

I called your office monday 11/30/15 to report Phoenix gave you wrong information. Phoenix reported to you that my account was never reported to collection. I stated at the time it was and that is why my credit score dropped 37 points in one month. Your office told me to call them directly to try to work it out. I did so but never received a call back. I called Kimberly E[redacted], Compliance office and spoke with her associate. He stated he would speak with Jeff H[redacted], Supervisor and call me back that afternoon.
Again, this month my score is still 37 points below normal. I need this error fixed immediately as I am buying a new car and do not want their error to increase my interest rate at the time of the sale.
Attached is a snapshot of my credit report stating it is on my report. I checked yesterday and it is still there.
Please help me, as I was unable to get any results regarding this matter. I can be reached at [redacted] or email.
