I want this removed from my credit/they need to stop reporting itThis was a suicide attempt emergency bill and they're being jerks about it really doesn't help my mental healthMy mom and dad handled all this the insurance was valid and before they could finish the hospital closed up and there was no one to contact for billing. They sold this bill to phoenix that they didn't have a right to sale it wasn't valid and I'm not liable they sold this fake charge off to them.

Thank you, we show the original validation letter sent as required by law on 5/8/notifying the consumer of pending credit reporting. I do not show a call since 7/1/16, and credit reporting was deleted on 7/11/16. I am not sure if this is the correct company or the correct account as
it has already been removed. However, I did send the account to the Chief Operations Officer to review the call. We appreciate the feedback and will address as appropriate.Kimberly E***Phoenix Financial Services LLC

This is the first communication received on this account regarding a dispute. I sent the complaint to the creditor to review as well. They do show the VA was billed but denied the claim. To attempt to resolve the complaint we have requested deletion of credit reporting and placed
the account in a cease communication status with no further communication from this agency
