Revdex.com: As I stated in the original complaint my attempt to return item have been ignoredI don't want parts that were on back order since DecemberThey were not shipped prior to the credit card not being valid which was in MarchEvery time I made an attempt to obtain return shipping label instructions and authorization they were ignored just as it was in therror Revdex.com response I am not acceptingI contacted the business within the return period and that is what I still want to doI have not used the vacuum because all the attachmento that were to be shipped were not includedI want a prepaid label with tracking to return and a full refund of money paid because shark did not provide what was included in the infomercialThey ignore requests to return until the period is overNow they want to split hairs on my credit card not going through instead of addressing the fact they don't send items that were advertised as part of the offer and delay return process during return period I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] THe coffee maker is three months old what a way to make money off a consumerIf I wanted to have to spend every three months to replace a maker that isnt working correctly I would of bought a cheaper coffee makerThey sell for $at any store if every three months I spend just in shipping due to a maker that doesnt work I could replace it every yearIt seems crazy that a $product wont work more then months at a timeNever mind what you spend in cleaning the machine every ten daysSo what Ninis saying is they purposly sell a coffee bar with great advertisment so that a consumer spends every three months over $to have the machine work correctlyI would rather go buy a new [redacted] that worked for two years plus I never had issues with it at the same priceI can do the same thing with the purchase of a frother of $that I do with a ninthat has cost me over $to clean and have just as nice of a cup of coffee at less of an expenseThank you for the trust that consumer satisfaction is not your goal but to make money off consumers as a wholeA product should work for more then monthsI will go back to my [redacted] that is still working and I have to clean once every few months with out running it for three hours and be pleasedAshamed I fell for all the great advertisement on what a wonderful machine it wasAfter all never had an issue with my ninproducts but will not be purchasing any ninproduct again if this is what consumer satisfaction isWHen an Item cost more yearly to use then replace its not worth it Regards, [redacted]
