On 10/02/I spoke to a *** *** *** and he was to send agreement in mail that late fee would be waive for next three month and with in those three month my first month payment would be dollars and I would catch up $that was behind with in those three month*** also said that they had waive the late fee for two month already but if that was so why is my account balance is more when I only miss July paymentI also discuss the payment for October only when I get a agreement from the company state the term that should be made and adjustedAt this time I have receive any agreement and I am no certain what the agreement will suppose

Problem:
someone had opened a fictitous account in my name in Barclays Bank of Delware, I raised the issue thro Revdex.com Delaware,, they sent me a mail in a few weeks acknowledging that it was fictitous account and they would close itIn my credit report from Experian the account is still in my name and in addition to that it shows that I owe $If the account is closed why does it show that I owe the amount which I have never usedI want this issue to be resolved by the bank letting the credit monitoring agencies that I have no overdue payments against my name and the account is permanently closed

The business has to acknowledge it was a mistake on their part to open a fictitous account in my name, and update all the credit agencies about it and also update the credit agencies that I owe nothing to Barclays bank of delaware
