On the statement submitted by me and the statement submitted by the Carnival both show transaction up until 2/1/which the voyage ended on 2/2/The merchant has not met their liability in accordance with Regulation E which governs EFT transactions including credit card purchasesThe merchant has not included any signed receipts and there is a very large difference between the balance due on my receipt and the one Carnival submitted (which is minus the credit that should have been applied.), Additionally as my card was chip enabled at the time and the merchant did not process EMV card chips at the time of the voyage, that alleviates me of any fault in regards to this claim as per EMV liability shifts that went into effect on October of This claim is valid and my claim was not processed in accordance with Reg EDuring my conversation with *** in the Office of the President, he openly admitted that he does not agree with or understand this resolution as he did not receive a satisfactory response from the claims teamThis comments have been retrieved from the recorded line that he contacted meI would like this issue looked at by a higher authority than *** as not understanding the resolution would create difficulties with explaining why such a resolution was madeRecorded call can be submitted upon request.”

Dear Revdex.com:
My problem was Barclays disinterest in complying with the fair credit laws requiring a provisional credit pending an investigation of what I believed to be a fraudulent charge to my account. They went so far as to, essentially, extort payment of the disputed amount by "warning" me of late fees if I failed to pay it and usurious interest and defamation by reporting of my "slow pay" to credit agencies. I was forced to pay the disputed amount!
The very day I submitted my complaint to you, Barclays gave me a provisional credit for the disputed items and just today I see that they have issued a refund check. I am not sure why they failed to take action on my separate communications to them directly, and I am sure that, absent your intervention, I would still be dealing with Barclay functionaries awash with nice words, but uninterested in corrective actionIt would be hard for me to thank you enough for your service

We just want to say that we have not received this letter that they are talking about, and they have Finally gotten the billing straightened out, after months! I have a JetBlue MasterCard by default; American Express and JetBlue terminated relationshipI attempted to start a dispute over a charge with an unidentifiable man in Barclay's Dispute Department; Wilmington DelawareThe Case Number is DP I was uncomfortable with this person from the moment he opened his mouthLong story short, he opened a dispute for a charitable donation instead of the hair salon in which I requestedHe also disputed the wrong amountA Nevada representative had no factual details of my disputeI had asked to speak with a Supervisor within the Dispute Deptbut was told I had to wait 24-hoursNo one returned my callI requested again with the Nevada representative and was told the same thingAmerican Express would have handled this correctly and efficientlyI am sorely disappointed in Barclay's Bank Delware Dispute Department for their lack of professionalism, efficiency and overall Customer ServiceI will also be notifying JetBlue of my experience
