Card holder for some time now, all of the sudden card was flagged for security reasons (unknown reasons)I was trying to resolve it over the phone, got an absolutely horrendous customer representative, who was not only rude and mean, but also disrespectfulI was just trying to make a paymentAs soon as you get to verify my identity via snail mail, I am out of thereNO MORE!!!
