I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received correspondence from Barclays and it wasn't at all what was discussed through here.  I have unauthorized charges on my account that I gave to Barclays over 4 months ago.  They sent me an old credit card statement in the mail.  I'm guessing this is a poor attempt to buy time but if I don't hear something related to my actual complaint,  I will move forward with legal action.

Problem:


On October 25,2014 I contacted [redacted] in Dispute department. I am requesting assistance in disputing two transactions , a total of $600.00 from the merchant of [redacted] moving company. (damaged items, not satisfied with moving service, not responding to e-mails) During the phone call details were given and Barclaycard refused to open a claim. In addition, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was refused again; I was told that one was not available. I disconnected and contacted Alexis, Customer Service Manager. Alexsis called dispute dept. and attempted to get a supervisor however, was given the same information. I have spent a unreasonable amount of trying to get this issue resolved !!!
