Re: Prior complaint [redacted] This complaint has NOT been resolved and the issue of the complaint has not been addressed The complaint was that all charges on the account were fully and UNCONDITIONALLY credited in Oct. 2013 and Nov. 2013 on their statements, and in a posting on Experian. No mention, verbally or in writing, was ever given that the credits were anything but permanent. I proceeded to my divorce hearing with that knowledge and belief, now to my detriment, and did not incorporate those amounts in the financial settlements. Barclays, subsequent to the divorce proceedings, reneged on their UNCONDITIONAL agreement and reinstated the charges, again without any notice. Their response to your transmitted complaint did not address this issue, at all.

 Problem: I have submitted a complaint in Revdex.com before on the same issue on September 26th where I had a credit check without my authorization. I got a response that the issue is resolved and the credit check will be removed in a month on October 17th. Its been more than two months and I still see the credit check and it is impacting my credit history without my mistake for the past 4 months. I would like to keep this complaint until the credit check is removed. I could no longer trust the written notices that the issue will be resolved anymore. select Desired Outcome: Credit check to be removed ASAP

 The response isn’t factually correct I called in as instructed today and spoke to [redacted] in the fraud department whom told me that there isn’t anything that I can do to get the hold removed from my account (I also called and left a message for [redacted]).  I’ve provided my driver’s license, utility bill and social security card; after that the hold was removed for about a week and then placed back on the account.  I’ve had this account for years and have never had a problem, the only thing that has changed is I’m getting older in age.
 
I have a long time car that’s financed with TD Ameritrade and it’s registered to me at this address.  There isn’t any reason that a security hold wouldn’t be able to be removed from my account.  It’s a not a new account, I’ve always made the payments from my checking account and I’ve provided all of my identifying documents.

You've specified the reason for your decline of my request that I was late to cancel my subscription for Garcinia product, but I WAS NOT! Every time I called to cancel, they put me on hold for over 30 mins. No one answered! Finally I got hold of someone and requested to cancel and explained why I couldn't get hold of them on time! I've spoken with a supervisor there and was promised to get my refund back. But they never gave me my refund! Again, I'm trying to explain to you that this company is a FRAUD! This is how they conduct business to rip people off. I'm asking you to contact them and you'll see what they do! They'll tell you that "their system is not working at this time." This is the way they scam their customers.
Again, Please provide me with a full refund because I was a victim of a fraudulent business.

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
Last 2 weak I talked with [redacted] Barclay Bank President and she said that she can see my account and last 5 months they checked my credit report without my authorization also and that time when I reported there name to Revdex.com she sent an letter to me that she remove that credit inquiry as Barclay Bank name from my credit report. It takes 30 days to remove Barclay Bank name from my credit report she sent an letter also but this time also I am seeing Barclay Bank name in my credit report. As like 120 days and more gone but Barclay Bank didn't remove there name from my credit report.
 
And this time also she is saying that now my account is ok but she didn't informed this to Revdex.com that Barclay Bank decrease my credit limit, my last month credit limit was $5000 and when they freeze my account they decrease my credit also into $2000 and said that by seeing my credit report softly its not ok so they decrease my credit.
 
But I know that they decrease my credit themselves because I saw they softly checked my Equifax or TransUnion credit report and this month I applied Citi Credit Card and they gave me $13,000 Credit Limit Credit Card and this Barclay Bank saying that my credit was not ok so they decrease my credit limit from $5000 to $2000 and didn't remove there name from my TransUnion credit report and I have there letter also which they sent last 5 months to me showing that they sent deletion letter to all 4 credit bureaus to delete there name from my credit report.
 
And last 2 weak [redacted] called me to solve this problem and when I said all these things than she said that she can contact me again within some days but she didn't contact me she contact Revdex.com and report this. But now I am also reporting Revdex.com about Barclay Bank that about 999 peoples complaint about Barclay Bank that this Bank is not a good Bank.

Problem:
This is the second time I have registered a complaint against Barclay due to issues with customer service and the incorrect charges on my Aviator Mastercard. I closed my account and called customer service to make sure it was closed and there were no payments to be made. Now I am getting emails that I'm being charged late fees on charges that Barclay told me they took care of months ago when I was a victim of identity theft! In the past they would tell me they were working on a issue, but they ruined my credit and only restored it after I complained to the Revdex.com. Barclay, I am so disappointed. I f you do not take care of this asap, I will be pursuing this matter in court.
