I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I spoke to Dustin yesterday.  I am filling out some paper work and submitting tax returns.  This is for a "hardship" review which will lower the interest rate from 8% to I don't know what.  He never said. It will not, however, change the fact that it is an interest only product.  I'm not even sure, based in my financials, I will qualify for this, but I'm willing to take the time to find out.  However, what I really want is to refinance this to a more fair product at a lower interest rate.  I think it's only fair based on the amount of interest I have paid.  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: at the end of the day I never got my shoes and the website turned out to be fake so as my bank I would think you would do your best to help me get some type of understanding. And you have not done so so I will be canceling my accounts as soon as possible I would advise people to take a good look at their banks details on what exactly are they good for and why the can help you with in this type of situation because this is ridiculous
