Complaint: 11147036
I am rejecting this response because:
Maria [redacted] did not act ethically by describing a loan option that she knew I would not qualify for. She should have NEVER told me about a loan option that had a 600 credit score requirement when I told her I had a 599 credit score. She caused a credit report to be pulled and this lowered my credit score more. She did not act fairly and ethically by NOT telling me a credit report would be pulled when I said yes I would like to apply for the loan. I ASSUMED that No One would be turned down for a loan that was not paid out until the loan was fully paid for up front and therefore there was no way I would be turned down for the loan or Maria would not have told me about the loan. This is the same ethics as a loan shark. She lied to me about the loan option and my ability in getting the loan and therefore all credit inquires should be removed from my credit report. I can not believe a MANAGER would get away with lying to a customer and causing them harm purposely. This is truly a spiteful act and not something a person dealing with customers should commit. Is this your way to serve customers by describing loan options they can not qualify for? Remove the credit inquire from my credit report as Maria was deceitful in her options she gave to me. I never ask about a loan, Maria suggested this her self. There is no reason she should have offered me a loan in the first place as I was only calling to find out why it was a month past when I should have received my bonus. Prove you can act fairly and ethically and remove the illegal credit report inquire.

I am rejecting this response because: The bank did not directly contact me. I contacted the bank numerous times, no one addressed my issues with customer service. I had been assessed several late fees due to the drawn out process, no one was even willing to discuss this with me. This statement is an outright lie that they have contacted me and are working on addressing my issues.
