I am rejecting this response because: I have not recieved the letter that was sent by BMO Harris Bank, because when I called BMO Harris Bank on 9/9/Edwin the Branch Manager for Libertyville, Illinois wanted me to repeat the entire situation of my complaint over the phoneHe was unprofessional and unprepared about this entire situationHe didn't have a copy of the complaint that I submitted to the Revdex.com and wanted me to repeat everything that was in question.I am disabled and this process is taking entirely too longI am unable to use my BMO Harris Bank Card at the ATM for Deposits

I somewhat accept the responseThe first letter received was an account activity statement that arrived in response to the phone callsNot what I asked forThe account activity in the statement did not show the corrections that I had requestedHowever, I did just receive a new statement with the requested correctionsThat's greatBut the accompanying letter shows that I now have a new account number and new address to send the payments toThe problem is that my next payment along with an additional principal only payment have already been sent to the old address with the old account numberI needed a little more noticeHopefully, they can take care of thisI want to keep my clean record of every payment on time and in full

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11103688, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Funds were place into my account in evening of 1/25/ However, I was not able to use the funds until this morning 1/due the branch manager placing a credit only status on the account I feel that was unfair especially without letting me know I do plan to close my account in the short future with BMO due to the bad experience I had with them and the branchI just need to cancel my direct deposit from social security and then will arrange for closure
