I am rejecting this response because: BMO Harris Bank has refused to answer the first of my questions. Those were (1) how much money has been taken from my bank account as a result of this service fee? (2) Why am I being assessed this service fee now after having this account for over years? (3) How/when was I notified of this service fee?Furthermore, to research question #the bank wanted to charge me an additional service fee of $per bank statement they would have to reprint to determine how much money I had lost. Apparently the online system the financial representatives have access to only allow them to see the last days of activity for my bank account. As this service fee has been assessed for several years it would take a considerable amount of research (and consequently $service fees) to reproduce the necessary statements to answer my question.To avoid being assessed additional service monthly service fees it was recommended that I close this account. Reluctantly I have closed my account with BMO Harris Bank but I fear that I will never have the answers to the above questions

The bank manager in [redacted], WI, which is my local branch, personally reached out to me within a timely manner, even taking the time to call back when I was ill.

As a recap of actions taken, the escrow was dissolved per the customer's request and check issued on 10/12/17. Additionally, we were informed that the insurance company mailed a check directly to the customer for the overpayment on 10/18/17.
