Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I spoke to Dustin yesterday I am filling out some paper work and submitting tax returns This is for a "hardship" review which will lower the interest rate from 8% to I don't know what He never saidIt will not, however, change the fact that it is an interest only product I'm not even sure, based in my financials, I will qualify for this, but I'm willing to take the time to find out However, what I really want is to refinance this to a more fair product at a lower interest rate I think it's only fair based on the amount of interest I have paid Thank you Sincerely, Lee [redacted]
