I am so pleased with the customer service at Sierra Pet Meds USA (as well as their prices)! When I had a problem with my 1-year old, long-haired, indoor-outdoor cat still having fleas after consistent, monthly flea treatments, Chloe at Sierra Pet Meds worked with me to figure out what we might try to help my little guy. With her excellent communication and suggestions, I tried a different medication and Sagan is no longer tortured by fleas. That's great customer service!

Hello,

The designation USA is in reference to the products being listed in imperial measurements, priced and billed in USD, and the product range and shipping methods are specific to the US as opposed to our Australian site which is priced and billed in AUD, listed in metric weight and as advised carries a range of different items.

The sourcing and shipping location for our items are reflected in the "About Us" and "FAQs" pages of our site.

The international labelled item is pictured on the page you've ordered from and it is noted in bold text on the product page you've ordered from that the collar is the UK labelled product also.

The company information and location are provided on every page of the site in the footer.

Additionally, at the checkout for shipping to the US, it is advised in the shipping method quoted that you have selected that it is an 'International' service with a delivery time of 5-10 business days.

As above there are quite a number of ways we've made it clear as to where the items are coming from including at the checkout itself and whilst we appreciate the feedback it would be difficult to make that any clearer.

ive ordered twice from Sierra Pet Meds USA and in those orders ive only had 1 issue I needed help with. the issue was with my package getting lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and talked to a very nice lady (chloe) who went to work immediately trying to find my package and she shipped a new package to me the same day. to me a vendors website should have a great customer support team and Sierra Pet Meds USA has one in my book..........

Firstly, the cost of meds for our furry family is so much cheaper than we can purchase in Canada. Secondly, the quick shipping is a plus, we received our order in less than 2 weeks for ordering. Don't be hesitate in purchasing these products, they are the real deal!! I am a repeat customer and at this point there is absolutely no reason to stop. There is always quick responses from Chloe, and she is a definite asset to this company. Chloe's customer service is bar none one of the best! For example, I overpurchased my Bravecto tablets and she advised me to return for a full refund on the tablets I didn't need. The refund was processed within the day I shipped it back. Thanks Chloe for making this online experience a pleasure.

Sierra Nevada Pet Company is the parent company of discountpetmedication.biz

My order was placed with discountpetmedication.biz

I placed my order on Saturday May the 4th with expedited shipping within 2-5 business days. This company didn't start processing my order till the 7th and so my order arrived outside of the delivery deadline of 5 business days on Saturday May 11th 2019 or 6 days. I requested a refund of $15 for failing to keep the delivery promise and got the run around by Chloe at Sierra Nevada Pet Company (Parent company of this business) so they denied my refund for shipping, more like stole my money. I am completely unsatisfied and do not recommend discountpetmedication.biz/Sierra Nevada Pet Company as they steal your money on shipping and fail to deliver on time as promised.

Thanks for your earlier order.

I've checked on your order and as you indicated it was placed on Saturday so was shipped the following business day.

As Monday was the Labour Day with no mail service the order was shipped on Tuesday.

The first business day is the day after the item has been sent.

I.e. if an order is shipped on a Monday, the first business day is Tuesday, if it's shipped on Tuesday the first business day is Wednesday.

That is the same across all stores and carriers, i.e. 1 day delivery means the next day not same day.

In this instance, the shipping method was advised at the checkout that it 'averages 2-5 Business Days', not days.

Your order was shipped on Tuesday and delivered Saturday which is the fourth business day if you count Saturday as a business day.

Even if the order were shipped on the Monday if there wasn't a holiday it still would be 5 business days the order was delivered in so in this instance there has been no delay with the shipment of your order.

I do not accept the response due to receiving my order 6 days latwr, not with in normsl business days of the U.S. also if anything there was no notification of your store closing due to a Labor day there. I believe I still should receive the shipping charge back.

Hello,

Even if you were to disregard the holiday and consider the order to have been shipped on the Monday your order was still received by the 5th day as it arrived on Saturday.

The day the order is shipped is not the first business day, i.e. if an order is shipped on a Monday then Tuesday is the first business day given one day or 24 hours has then elapsed not two days.

To see an example of how that works look at the FedEx example:

As indicated there, if an item is sent on Monday via a 2 Day service it arrives Wednesday.

By the standard you're applying it should arrive Tuesday which is not how any carrier I'm aware of operate, i.e. the day an item is sent is never counted in the shipping time unless it's a same day service.

Revolution for Dogs (brown) for a 12 month supply costs $158 + tax in the US. Thank you to all the other reviewers letting us know that this is a legit business. Many countries regulate the prices of Rx medicines, and it appears that Australia sells Revolution for much less than in the US. We just ordered from SierraPetMeds.com, and it cost $123.11 (5% promo code), and they processed it 2 hours after we placed the order, and shipped it 1 hour after that. Easy and fast (and much cheaper).

the flea medication I received is counterfeit. I have used the same flea meds for 10+ years now and it has always worked 100%. when I received this pack I noted it looked a bit different, but didnt think anything of it. I applied it as I always do and my pets are covered in fleas 2 weeks later. on application usually lasts 2 months.
there is a huge difference in the tubes it came in, the product these guys sent to me is in a clear tube, it does not say anywhere on it that it is for dogs, or that it is for animal treatment only, and has no expiration date on the bottom crimp.
the authentic packaging is in a white tube, it says it is for dogs, very clearly says that it is for animal treatment only, and has a clear expiration date on the bottom crimp.
the counterfeit product does not have the usual strong chemical odor that the actual product always has.

I want my money back

the product they sold me is 100% counterfeit and has no value!

Thanks for your earlier purchase.

All of our items are genuine items, the item you've received no exception, it is exactly the item which was described and pictured on our site being the Australian packaging.

To ensure the writing on the tube is legible the tube color on the Australian item is white, i.e. black text on a white tube which is easy to read. Black text on a clear tube is hard to read and not compliant with Australian packaging requirements.

The Revolution items we stock are supplied directly to us by Zoetis and we have invoices to support the purchase of those items and their authenticity.

In relation to your experience of the product not working, given you're seeing fleas two weeks after applying the product then the issue would be with a preexisting flea infestation and likely a result of the product you used previously not working properly.

The reason for this is fleas take 3-5 weeks to become adult fleas, i.e. the fleas you're seeing two weeks after application were eggs 1-3 weeks before the product from your order was applied.

I SEE FLEAS ON MY DOG OR CAT. IS REVOLUTION WORKING?

REVOLUTION kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching. You may occasionally see a few fleas on dogs or cats treated with REVOLUTION but more than 98% of adult fleas are killed within 36 hours. Immature stages of the flea called pupae may be present in your pet’s environment (yard, flooring, carpet, bedding, etc.). These pupae are not killed by parasiticides (including REVOLUTION) and as such may emerge as adult fleas. These adult fleas may hop onto your pet at anytime. They must be exposed to REVOLUTION on your dog or cat before being killed. It can take from 3–5 weeks (or longer depending on environmental conditions) for most fleas to complete their 4-stage life cycle (egg, larvae, pupae and adult) and reach the adult stage before being seen on your pet. Due to the presence of immature flea stages in infested environments it can take up to 2 to 3 monthly applications for REVOLUTION to maximally control the infestation of fleas in the environment. Once the flea population is controlled you will be less likely to see fleas.

As noted, the fleas eggs present prior to the application of the dose need to be exposed to the Revolution to prevent them from hatching, if they don't come into contact with the Revolution then they will hatch and once on your dog will take up to 36 hours to be killed.

I'd recommend you check the dates the product was previously applied as it would be that product which hasn't worked which has allowed an infestation to take hold.

Thank you Discount Pet Medication USA. Good deal and good service. I'm a first time purchaser. Bought one year supply Revolution for Dogs. Ordered through internet last year with a different company. Found this on internet this year showing almost too good to be true lower price. I did a little review checking and verification then placed order. OOPS! totally missed that it was not in USA but in Australia! Did not cancel but decided could accept risk since only $130 and could contest payment through credit card if should be necessary. Have received order fourteen days after submitted - not bad since all the way from Australia to Texas. Revolution heartworm med is same as expected, except weight range is in kilograms, which Alexa converted to pounds so no sweat. I'm a happy customer and will not hesitate to order again.

I am pretty shocked at all of these horrific reviews. Frankly, almost none of them have anything to do with the quality of products that Sierra Pet Meds sells, but rather that the buyers are offended that someone is sourcing products which require an Rx in the United States WITHOUT an Rx from outside the US. I, for one, am quite happy to find sites like this, as the US often requires prescriptions for things with little to no associated risk; other countries are not so rigid...such as Australia & Singapore.

Regarding whether they are a scam site - I can tell you from personal experience that they definitely ARE NOT a scam. I have ordered from them many times and my dogs happily flea free since. To address the person that was shocked that his product had a different name ... come on guy, there is a HUGE picture which accompanies every product. Surely you saw it and read the description which clearly tells you that this is Product X in the United States which is known as Product Y elsewhere, then goes on to detail that you will receive Product X. If you can read, it should be pretty clear. You don't have to like their business mode, but to call their company a scam is simply dishonest.
To the lady who was charged a fee by her bank for a purchase from Australia, all I can say is this: CHANGE BANKS IMMEDIATELY. This internet has been around for over 20 years now and commerce has gone global. If your bank has not yet caught on to this, I would be very concerned about who was holding my money. Just sayin'. I'm off to order more reasonably priced flea meds!

I own 4 dogs, all large, 2 of them are 10 months old,. Raising puppies can be most costly, this is where Sierra Pet Meds has helped eno rmously with their Heartgard and flea meds. The cost of these meds has increased dramatically in the USA I had been looking at a web site Adopt a Pet when I saw a 2 line ad from Sierra Pet Meds offering a great buy for meds for dogs. Thank goodness I responded Many thanks to Chloe who responds immediately no matter what small concern. .

Hi. I am a sporadic customer of this company (Sierra Pet Meds, U.S.A.)---meaning, I'm not a Vegas high roller who expects and gets special treatment. Recently, I did have this one glitch that occurred...I contacted their customer service center and spoke with Chloe. First, unlike other companies; Chloe stayed with me the few days it took to resolve the problem. Second, she represented me to her company, taking my word for what had happened--I mean, they took my word for it...How often does that happen now-a-days? Third, Chloe and the company resolved my glitch. I cannot say how grateful I was and am. This will be my go-to store from now on.

Im so happy because I bought the pills in an excellent price. Arrived in a couple of days, but when I got worried, Chloe from the customer service attended me really nice explaining me everything and confirming the tracking links for me to be checking the tracking history. Im so pleased and definitely will buy again.

I ha done business with them in the past with no problem and this time when I was overcharged I couldn't get it straightened out, sent the product back and thanks to the post office in NZ, it is still in transit somewhere there, so no refund. This must be an ongoing issue for them to have to do business under so many (5) names. They are, in addition to the above,Sierra Pet Products, Atlantic Pet Products, Pacific Pet Products and Discount Pet Meds.

I Ordered comfortis on 12/10 and it was shipped on 12/10/18. their shipping guarantee stated 7-10 business days. It is now 12/27/18 and I still have no idea when I am going to receive my order that my 6 cats needed on Monday 12/24/18.

Their tracking with USPS is a joke, all the info states is 'IN TRANSIT" it does not state where in the world my order is is.
I have sent numerous emails to a "Chloe" probably a pseudonym for anyone in the CS dept. She told me on Monday if I did not receive by today to contact her for a resolution, that I am asking for my money back for the product, AND the product.

She stated this evening when the comfortis FINALLY ARRIVES TO REFUSE IT AND SHE WILL THEN ISSUE A REFUND.

That doesn't sound like any customer service to me!!! I NEED the product and I believe a more than 3 wk. delivery deserves a REFUND!!!!
