This company is knowingly selling counterfeit products. I purchased them 11/3/17 and after comparing the external and internal packaging, it was clear the product they sold me was counterfeit. I didn't realize it until after I had already used half the packets and one it is possible one of my cats may have died in part to this product.

The item you ordered is Stronghold for Cats which is an export labelled item not available locally in the United States.

We source this item from Europe, given there are multiple countries within Europe with a multitude of languages spoken, there are several packaging variations available.

The main variation of those we stock is the UK/Ireland, which is in English only, we also have the European packaging which is in English, Latvian and Polish.

If you can provide any evidence to support your claim the product is not genuine that would be appreciated and we will take that up with our supplier.

Because there explanation is false. The authentic product I had purchased from another supplier previously, is also from Europe. This is not merely an instance of a change in packaging. The individual packets inside are all supposed to be printed identically with dosage and other crucial information, the package I received has each packet printed differently and with no verbiage regarding dosage. This is absolutely 100% a counterfeit product and the fact that this company is operating without a business license, does not sell on EBAY or Amazon and does not have any place where you can provide a review is highly suspect.

As mentioned earlier, you've provided absolutely nothing to support the product not being genuine.

All of our items are sourced directly from reputable veterinary wholesalers who in turn receive the stock from the manufacturer.

We simply do not stock any items which are generic or non genuine.

The picture you sent through whilst low resolution does appear to show the dosage information on the blister pack, being 45mg selamectin, it's simply the packaging has been changed recently to be in multiple languages, it does still display the same information and relevant approval numbers.

Evidence to show the product isn't genuine for example would be mismatched batch information, incorrect packaging, product packaging different from that provided by the manufacturer, none of which have occurred in this instance.

If you can provide any evidence whatsoever to support your claim the product isn't genuine then I'd appreciate if you can send that through as we will review this further for you, however as above the products are genuine, and we will be separately taking legal action in relation to your published statement which we consider to be libellous.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I'm contacting my credit card company to see if I can refuse payment.

I ordered meds for my dog 6 weeks ago, I still have no product. They offered to reship but only after I promise to return the original package if it comes. So still no second shipment. I have been robbed. I paid $65 and received nothing. This company will rob you.

Unfortunately as per our earlier email to you it does appear to have been lost or delayed in transit.

As per our advice earlier:

We've submitted an inquiry with *** to see if they can check into this with USPS however this may take some time.

In the interim I can organize to have your order reshipped, but it is possible that you will end up receiving two shipments. If you would like the order to be reshipped please let me know and I'll organize this right away for you.

I'd just if you can confirm first that if two shipments are received, whichever arrives second will remain unopened and be marked as refused/return to sender.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer the order can be refunded, and as above, we'd just ask the original shipment be refused if it does arrive.

If you can let me know how you'd like to proceed that would be appreciated and again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

I will be satisfied ONLY if I actually receive the items ordered QUICKLY. I will reopen the complaint if the company fails to comply.

Their website advertises Sierra Pet Meds of USA. The picture of the product that I ordered & purchased was the same as the Seresto collars that I have used in the past.

The collars that I received were in different tins and shipped from Australia. These tins do not have the same information on them and they had the metric system on the labels. I contacted*** the maker of the collars to be sure they were the same. I was told that they are international collars and are illegal to be sold in the United States.

I emailed the company about a refund. Sierra pet meds explained to me that they are indeed the same collars however offered me a refund. Since*** will not guarantee the collars I did return the collars. Sierra pet meds did issue me a refund of the price of the collars, however they will not reimburse me for the $22.75 that I had to pay to return these illegal collars.

This is fraud. Their website clearly states USA in their name. The product listed/shown was NOT what was sent to me. It is illegal to sell this product in the United States.

Then why didn't you cancel my order and send me an email stating why you could honor the order? Instead you don't follow your own statement and ship it to the United States.

No need to respond. I have learned my lesson to only buy from reputable well known businesses.

I've purchased from Sierra Pet Meds for about 4 years now. I have two very large dogs and keeping them on heartworm & flea/tick preventative can be cost prohibitive when buying from the vet's office. I am glad this service is available and I don't mind waiting 7-10 for my shipment. It's the same amount of time for 1-800 PetMeds or other online vet services. I have only had one experience with a delay in shipping which customer service followed-up and resolved quickly. I recommend them often to friends and family.

I have been ordering from discount pet medication for a couple years and have had the most positive experience in getting exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner, not to mention the discount I receive as opposed to my 3 cats vet charge which is 4x times that of what I pay. I re order in a timely manner to cushion for the shipping time, and they offer expedited service which is good alternative. Again, I am a happy owner, with 3 happy cats! My mother is now hooked on the product and service and treats her dog and cat and is in a panic when she gets low on pets meds. We Love Discount Pet Medications and would not be other wise. They rock.

On October 21st or 22nd I o. ordered a Seresto Flea collar for my cat. The debit was processed on 10.22 in the amount of $37.95.

I had scoured the internet for the cheapest price so that may be part of the scam to lure you into buying.

We attempted to deliver your item at 1:50 pm on November 3, 2017 in*** and a notice was left.

I have ordered twice from them. Shipments come fast with tracking by DHL and are finally delivered by the Post Office. Both times I received the meds in 8 days.
Ordering from them will save you a lot of money.
The meds are name brand in the manufacturer's packaging.
I have been completely satisfied with their service and communications.
I highly recommend them.

My complaint really crosses several types.

Advertising, Health, unauthorized retailer, Delivery, Fraud: On their website they list a US Product but sent an international version that according to the manufacturer should not be consumed in the US. I cannot use this product on my pet. Also, this was false advertising. Just days after my product arrived my back account was emptied due to fraudulent activity. Sierra Pet was the only company I did not have a prior relationship with where I had used this card, and I do not use that card for gas or restaurants...only groceries and online purchases. They are highly suspect in my opinion.

This is the first you've mentioned in relation to their being an issue with the payment.

Our site is hosted through BigCommerce who are PCI certified for their hosting to ensure security of all transactions completed on our site.

Additionally, our payments are processed securely through eWay in conjunction with our bank to again ensure security.

Your bank should investigate that for you including how the card was compromised however our suppliers have invested heavily in online security to ensure what you've mentioned doesn't happen when purchasing through our site so it's more likely the card details were compromised through one of your other online purchases you mention the card was used for, particularly one who stores card information which we do not.

Our address information is advised on the contact us page as being in Australia.

Further, the item sourcing is disclosed on the about us page of our site.

The item you purchased is an Australian labelled item, however it is still made in the United States the same as the US labelled item, again this is advised on the about us site and how we're able to offer the best value possible which is appreciated by the vast majority of our customers.

You haven't spoken with the manufacturer who is based on Puerto Rico, but instead their US sales office who have a vested interest in selling the US labelled item.

Again, we'd prefer you to be happy with the purchase as the majority of our customers are and as advised to you earlier it can be returned to us for a full refund including the shipping charges.

They sent me a product that does not conform to US standards (according to the manufacturer), it is not what was advertised on their web site, and now they are asking me to pay to ship it back ($15) and they will send me a PayPal refund. At this point, I do not trust this company. I want them to pay to return the product and issue a full refund.

If you'd prefer, you can check with your post office first to find out the return cost and then let us know including the email address for the PayPal payment to be sent for the return shipping cost and we can refund this in advance.

The order will then be refunded in full once received back, please note this can only be to the original payment method, and the card will still allow a refund to go through even if it has been reissued.

I ordered pet medication (stronghold brand) for fleas and ear mites. It did work for fleas but had little to no affect on ear mites. Also, it took 2-3 weeks for package to arrive so it's not from the usa. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered my dog's flea and tick medication (Nexgard) on 8/31. The first red flag should have been that no prescription or vet information was required but I thought maybe the requirements had changed. It didn't arrive until today 9/13 because it came from Singapore. Prior to my order I had searched the site for evidence that it is a foreign company. It states USA under the site name. I wouldn't have placed my order had I known of its origin. The site showed pictures of the box that matched what I had in my possession. Upon receipt, with the exception of the logo and picture of the dog, the box does it match at all. There are no ingredients listed at all, no dosage information and no origin/production information. There is no way to verify what is or isn't in it and I don't trust it enough to give it to my pet. I will be taking advantage of their free return policy and am hoping for the best. I will gladly go back to my vet and pay full price.

I purchased Heart Guard 30 Plus Green from this company. They sent me another product that was made in Australia. I contacted the company and told them that they sent me the wrong product. They told me that they ran out of the product that I had ordered so they substituted it for the equivalent made in Australia since it had the same active ingredients. My vet told me not to accept this product for even if it had the same active ingredients, the other ingredients are not the same and that Australia has different regulations on its products. I told them that I wanted a refund at which point they gave me an address in Australia to return the product to:

Since this was their mistake I wanted them to pay the return postage, but they said they could not. In their words, "Thanks again for your email, unfortunately *** don't offer a return label service for international shipments so it wouldn't be possible for a return label to be provided at this time."It ended up costing me $13.75 to return a product that cost me $57.99. The kicker is that I never received a refund on my credit card. Also, I wanted to return the product to their Nevada address, but was told that I could not. How is it that this company has a Nevada address but a product can not be returned to it? Is this address just a front for illegal sales of overseas products? I have saved all of the e-mail correspondence if anyone is interested.

Due to family issues I was unable to respond in time to the e-mal sent to me with regards to claim Revdex.com CASE#: *** If I read this correctly, it states that a refund will be issued. This has not happened as of yet. As stated in my original complaint there is something wrong with a company that has a Nevada address, but requires you to return a product all the way to Australia. I have come to the conclusion that this company uses the Nevada address as a front to try and legitimize the illegal sale of pet medications. They also claim in their response that they never received the product. If anyone is interested I have saved the post office receipt proving that the product was returned.

I love Sierra pet meds. I have been reading a few negative remarks against this company but I can tell you my experience was the best and I got top notch customer service. I previously ordered from Canadavet.com (was dinged 47 bucks at the door for duty and taxes). Sierra was much faster and in the end was also cheaper. I ordered my product on July 14th, paid with paypal in which I have the option to pay after 21 days in case I don't receive my order. It arrived in perfect shape on July 27th and the payment is scheduled to be drawn from my bank tomorrow. I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future. I also live in Canada and was worried about being tagged duty on top of the exchange. The company changed the pricing for shipping only so that I would not be tagged with duty and taxes. Wonderful company.

I ordered NexGard on 06/23/17. Delivery estimate was 7 to 10 business days. I received the correct and complete order on 07/06/17, 8 working days from the date of purchase.

I ordered Seresto dog collars from Sierra Pet Meds.It did take a few weeks to receive which is odd. I noticed they did not have the little reflectors that came with these collars last year. That was suspicious but everything else seemed ok but they do not work.. they are not made by Bayer as advertised. the company said they buy from overseas to pass on savings and the collars were made in Germany. When I contacted the company to complain they said they would refund my money and to return the two collars I had not opened. The return address is a PO box in Australia. I feel this is a scam but they did seem earnest in returning my money. Do I get scammed again in postage by returning the collars? Will review again with the answer.

Not advertised the product is shipping from [redacted] and was billed from a foreign address which made my bank charge me a foreign transaction fee.I placed Order# [redacted] on 4/29/15 for [redacted] for $51.29. Then I checked my bank account and saw that my bank charged me a 3% charge for an "international POS fee" since the charge from SIERRA PET MEDS USA was from what looks like [redacted].NOWHERE on Sierra Pet Meds USA's website does it say that this product is shipping from [redacted] NOR does it say that it is a foreign company. I thought it was strange that I didn't need to enter my Veterinarian's contact information since every other company I have ordered pet medication from, they need to verify a prescription. This organization, with several names and sites associated with it, has been noted as a scam across the internet and accused of fraud. I helped my parents purchase pet medication from this company from their website and we never received the product. I got concerned and started looking for more information online only to find complaint after complaint about products that never arrived and credit card fraud, promised refunds that never come. The site said Discount Pet Medication USA and yet the shipping information that was emailed was from Australia. The tracking information sat at the same message for a week or so, that the package had left the origin facility, and now the number is "unidentified" as a tracking/shipping ID number.
