This reviewer had noticed quite a few negative comments on the web when researching whether or not to use this company. After deliberation, this reviewer decided to "try" using the services of Sierra Pet Meds USA.
After placing the original order, this reviewer did send an email query to the company, stating the original concerns.
This reviewer got not one, but TWO replies from the customer service representatives from Sierra Pet Meds USA (two different customer service representatives) politely and professionally explaining the company's business model.
Well, the first order arrived just fine. Of note to others who might consider using this company's services, there was a *** Shipping tracking weblink that one could use to see the progress of the shipment that is automatically forwarded to customers who purchase goods through this company, and it is updated frequently.
This reviewer was so happy with this company, the customer service, the product, and the prices that this reviewer has now placed- and received- a second order.
This company is legit, this company takes care of their customers, this company has a very responsive customer service department (this reviewer did call the toll-free number and did have to leave a voicemail once, but it was truly "outside of normal business hours"), and provides good quality products at very nice prices.
This reviewer will continue to use the services of Sierra Pet Meds USA.

I have had nothing but wonderfully positive experiences with this company, and I have been doing business with them for at least a couple of years now. I recently had a minor issue that I needed some assistance with, and their customer service department (Chloe rocks!) took care of it immediately. I will definitely continue to do business with them! And I would absolutely recommend them to others! A+++ service!

This is an amazing business. Their customer service people are fantastic! I submitted a purchase order & realized it was the wrong product. I sent an email to them & it was answered within the hour. They not only changed the order they gave me credit for the awards program I wasn't aware I had coming to me. Thank you for such a wonderful company!

Buyer beware -- this is a very well done scam, complete with fake Revdex.com reviews and a high-end website. I realized it after I made the purchase. There were a few strange things going into it.
1. The page is an exact duplicate of discountpetmeds.biz, with different logos.
2. When you "create an account" through an order it is impossible to login again. It will say that you typed in the wrong password. When you attempt to reset it, it never sends an e-mail to you. This means, there is no way of cancelling your order.
3. There is no phone number to contact, only an e-mail.
4. The prices are too way too low when comparing to other merchants. Nexgard was almost a hundred dollars cheaper than 1-800 pet meds.

We do have two websites, discountpetmedication.biz was the original site and sierrapetmeds.com was the redesigned site intended to replace it, due to the popularity of the original site we ended up keeping both sites and redesigned discountpetmedication.biz too.

If you purchase through our guest checkout and create an account later the order won't be associated with the order, if you send us an email we're always happy to link it for you or answer any questions you may have.

Keeping our contact method limited to email only keeps our operating costs down which in turn lets us pass on those savings such as what you're seen on our NexGard pricing.

The prices aren't too low and are exactly what we strive for which is making these products affordable for everyone.

Low prices keep our customers happy which is why you see the positive Revdex.com reviews, our customers truly appreciate the value we provide.

Ultimately if you'd prefer to spend $100 more at 1-800 pet meds to receive phone support that's your option, but there's nothing fake about our site.

Ordered some pet meds from here in , didn't get tracking right away...but I emailed them and they responded right away with tracking. Very fast at getting back to me with replies. I have to say, I was a little sketched out about doing business overseas, but so far so good :).

As a first time customer I placed an order for Nexgard. Nexgard is a prescription only flea and tick medication for pets. In fact, this business even specifically notes it as "NexGard is a prescription-only medication, so talk to your vet. "

Other online websites I've ordered from in the past would ask for my dog's vet info in order to get a prescription authorization, I thought this company would do the same after the payment and it did not mention anything.

Given that this company is selling a prescription only medication without verifying a prescription would make this unauthorized and I do not feel comfortable with this. I immediately sent an email requesting cancellation, as well as via *** message and I attempted to call both numbers but it says no one is available and hangs up with no option to even leave a message.

I was refunded however the company has admitted to shipping and selling this product without an actual prescription

I recently ordered a quanity of Revolution measured dose kits for large dogs. Your customer service rep, Chloe, found me in your records as a prior purchaser, so I was able to purchase about 10 kits. I care for a colony of about 12 feral to semi-feral cats that live in the woods next door to me. I am rarely able to corral more than 8-10 in any given month to dose them. Never the less over the past year or so I have noticed the rate of flea infestations drop to almost zero. I would say zero, but I think I saw one about 6 weeks ago. Additionally none have needed treatment for intestinal parasites during that time. This stuff is a miracle. I am retired and the measured dose kits enable me to afford to continue caring for them. Thank you so much.

I have used them multiple times and orders come pretty quick. I had one order come with wrong quantity of pills but they rectified it really quick and sent out the remaining pills within hours after I reported the issue.

I contacted Sierra Pet Meds to ask if I could get a discount on a pretty substantial order if I were buying for an animal shelter (not that Sierra's prices aren't great already!). Chloe with Sierra Pet Meds emailed me back immediately and said 'sure'. She was absolutely awesome and helped me with the whole process. She helped to identify what products would be best, quantities, and expiration dates. I am a Sierra Pet Meds customer for life!

I always go to Sierra Pet Meds for my cats Stronghold medication. Because I am familiar with the length of shipping time, I adjust my orders. Sierra Pet Meds offers a reward system based on your spending. These POINTS accumulate. HOWEVER, even I earned REWARDS and they are due to me - it is extremely difficult to get the REWARDS acknowledged in your shopping cart. Once (finally) acknowledged - the cart WILL subtract (I'm my case $11.00) - but when you pay - they CONVERT back to the ORIGINAL higher dollar amount WITHOUT the REWARD $$ subtracted. Terrible system! Why offer a REWARD when the system is SET UP deliberately to NOT allow you to have it? I emailed to solve this issue, and Chloe, was responsive to my issue (the same day) when I asked please that my purchase be adjusted by subtracting the $11.00 that I was due. I was happy that at least some on-line help is available - as it was NOT in the past. Chloe, was very helpful, and her email was acknowledged and answered and then additionally confirmed (after I thanked her for the adjustment). So I do appreciate her help - she's doing a great job. Sierra Pet Meds needs to change their system to make REWARDS more a of reality - after all they are OFFERING them based on customer loyalty. Also the interface on adding an address or changing your address is a NIGHTMARE! Way too difficult!

Thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the experience with the rewards program you've had.

Unfortunately our cart provider at this time doesn't provide an integrated rewards scheme, as such to offer even better value to our most loyal customers such as yourself we have instead purchased a third party rewards system which integrates with your account on our site.

This does mean the points can't be redeemed at the checkout, however you can redeem them earlier through your account as you've done through the rewards program tab on our site.

Once you have the store credit on your account you need to select the store credit amount as the first payment method at the checkout, you'd then be prompted to select a second payment method, e.g. credit card, if the store credit amount is less than the total amount of the order.

Otherwise, we're always happy to manually credit the rewards amount if you encounter any issues checking out as we've done here.

I, searched the internet for the most cost effective Heartgard Plus heartworm preventative... Sierra Pet Meds USA had the best price by far, so I placed an order... I, had some concerns about the time shipping, attempted to log onto my online account, without success... I, contacted the company via email and received a very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional response from representative "Chloe"... I, have have a few email exchanges with "Chloe", all which have been delightful, informative and positive! I ordered 3 Seresto collars for my 3 cats as one has severe reactions to topicals from Discount Pet Medication USA at www.discountpetmedication.biz. When I Googled the merchant as listed on my credit card account, this is the business that came up, including the link to this very Revdex.com site. However, with my charge, I also received a foreign currency fee, but this company is clearly listed as being based in Nevada which is in this country. Nowhere on my receipt from the website or the third party that processed my payment did it say this was a foreign exchange or that I'd be charged. Why are the names on my account and the website different? Why was this information not disclosed?

I sent an email response to the Revdex.com that the issue had been resolved. I did contact the company via the form, but saw on several reviews they typically don't respond. I was advised by my bank to either dispute the charge but seeing as it's the first I have other bills due or they gave me the information to Google and file a Revdex.com complaint. It now says on the site the item cannot be shipped to US. It is sketchy that this is Reno,NV Revdex.com for a company based on a differe t country.

What a scam. They are in Australia and use an American name to mislead customers. Worse, they have their medicines sent to you from china. You have no way of knowing what you are buying smuggling to your pet. Avoid this place. Shysters.
