I ordered a flea collar for my large dog from Sierra Pet Meds, but I never received it. USPS said it was delivered to my mailbox, but I never did get it and neither did any of my neighbors.
Now Sierra Pet Meds is obviously not to blame for the postal carrier, but in spite of that Sierra Pet Meds offered to replace my shipment free of charge. A rep named Chloe was super helpful, professional and ever so dedicated to solving this problem to my satisfaction. I recommend this company !

I ordered heartworm preventative from Sierra Pet Meds. Because it was nearing the date I needed them and the shipment hadn't arrived, I asked for a tracking number on their "Contact Us" page. This was on a Saturday. On Sunday, I received an email from Chloe giving me a complete history, including current status and expected arrival date along with a tracking number. I've never experienced such quick and friendly customer service before. Five stars for sure.

I love this company. They have the best prices around and the customer service I received from Chloe was excellent. I have had no problems with shipping times. I would recommend them to everyone.

Recently ordered flea medication for my dogs from Sierra Pet Meds. I was initially concerned because it was so slow in arriving. It took longer than expected but it did arrive in about three weeks and is working effectively on my dogs. Chloe and John, two of their employees, responded to my inquiries promptly and courteously. I will be placing another order soon!

I just want to let people know that Sierra Pet Meds has the BEST customer service ever. Chloe, who was my representative, took care of my concern and my account was refunded promptly.

I ORDERED 3 SERESTO CAT COLLARS ON APRIL 3RD. THEY SAID IT TAKES 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. WELL OK, UPON ORDER I NEVER GOT A CONFORMATION NUMBER, GOT AN ORDER NUMBER (***). THEY BILLED ME $107.13, OK, BUT WHEN I BEGAN TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER, THEY SAID IT GOT CAUGHT UP IN CUSTOMS, BECAUSE IT WAS COMING FROM SINGAPORE. RED FLAG, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THERE IN USA, THERE NOT, ITS A SCAM. IM ASKING ANYBODY WHO CAN, TO PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE, THERE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT. THEY ALSO DELETED MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION, AS IF I HAD NEVER MADE A PURCHASE, AND I HAVE PROOF THAT I DID, I HAD TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, WOW, SERIOUSLY I JUST WANT A REFUND AND WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN, THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME, AND THE LAST. Provided the shipping envelope/box is unopened, you can simply put a line through your address and mark it as refused/return to sender and hand it back to USPS.Did you post office advise why they wouldn't accept it back?I.e. have you opened it, and if so, why did you open it?

THE PACKAGE WAS SENT OUT TODAY, IT WAS MARKED, REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER. THE APPROXIMATE TIME WAS BETWEEN 10:30 and 11 am, APRIL 26th. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

I have become a regular customer of Sierra Pet Meds. In addition to great prices, their product line is high quality. And I have always received my order on the day promised. Customer service folks were very responsive to a comment and suggestion I made on their web site. I would rank them as "above and beyond".

Our first experience with this company was June 2016. Thru our daughter-in-law we ordered Revolution for cats (kit form-12 mos.). This order was placed by our daughter-in-law, but paid for by my wife via ***. In 2017 we ordered the same product thru my sister-in-law. In 2018 we decided if we were to continue using this product I would place an order myself. This is when I discovered as of early 2018 the kit form was not available to new customers, instead I had to purchase the same product in individual (12- same as kit form) applications at double the price. The only difference is one larger tube containing 12 applications versus 12 smaller individual application tubes, so why the exorbitant price difference? My contention is since we paid for the 2016 order, that qualifies us as previous customers and via several e-mails conveyed this to an extremely helpful lady named Chloe with negative results in our favor (no issue with Chloe's efforts, I'm absolutely convinced she did everything she could). In my opinion Chloe gets 5 stars, and the company gets 3 or less.

I didnt realize I ordered out of country and realized it was hung up at customs. I spoke to Chloe and she was responsive and courteous. She explained the process and kept me in the loop. Great customer service!

They are a reputable company. I ordered as a guest and didn't get any shipping info so emailed them about the problem and they promptly answered with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery within a few hours. Excellent!

I have ordered from sierrapetmeds in the past but I had difficulty placing an order online this weekend. I finally decided to email customer service with my concern not expecting a reply before Monday...IF then. I received a reply within several hours of my submission with a suggestion to hopefully correct the issue. However that suggestion did not work and I reported back to the company assuming I would just have to find another source for my pet meds. Amazingly, I received an almost immediate response that allowed me to complete my order. Needless to say I am quite impressed with the customer service and their representative, Chloe. I will surely continue to do business with sierrapetmeds! Carolyn B

Email order was placed 12-5-16 and it is now 1-2-17 and no product has been received. Unfortunately my pet has gained several pounds and is now in a different weight class to which the prescribed product is intend ended. I would caution anyone to be very leery of ordering from this company.

Ordered Seresto Collar and were not aware that they came in metric and were not able to be shipped to the USA. The order was processed and sent out and nothing was said from the business. I was charged an international fee on top of the price I already paid. I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I am only aware of the metric on the collars because a friend ordered the same product before we did. Have not been able to get in touch with anyone at customer service.
