False advertising about a pet med. product I still haven't received and delivery date promise that had no chance of accomplishing.I ordered a dog pet medication on 3/26 & was informed that it would take 5-10 days. It is now 4/12 and I have yet to receive the product. I was never told the product would be coming from Australia and that it would take much longer if it ever does indeed arrive. My charge card was charged on 3/26. I'm apparently not the first person to be conned on this practice and lie about delivery time. I have contacted them twice and never really got any answer or resolution.Desired SettlementMoney back.Final Consumer Response Package arrived today.

I ordered medicine for my cat on the 12th. the confirmation email said it was shipped on the 13th with a tracking number [redacted]. so the second I got the email I tried the tracking number and it said not found. I emailed them back they said the number was valid and it would only work a day before the mail was to arrive?!? I called the post office they said the tracking number would work the second they item was shipped, hence tracking number. they are lying to me and I have numerous emails from them stating all is well when that is just the opposite. the post office said that it was a scam and I should let you know of the situation. they rep then tells me the only way I'm getting my money back if I refuse delivery.I cant do it if they never shipped it to me.Product_Or_Service: capstarOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlementi want my money back now and I want them shut down for being a fraudulent company!Business Response Hello,The above referenced order was placed via our website on Saturday, July 12th, 2014.The customer was offered a choice of three shipping methods, being standard free shipping, Priority Mail and Express Courier of which standard free shipping was selected, the shipping timeframe quoted next to the shipping method was 4-8 business days.The order was subsequently shipped on the next business day via First Class Mail, being the service used by us for standard free shipping.The shipping date for the order was Monday, July 14th, as above the timeframe quoted was 4-8 business days which from the Monday this timeframe would be up until Thursday, July 24th, also advised on our website is a notification that from time to time orders can be subject to customs and postal delays beyond our control.Prior to the 8th business day, we received numerous threatening and abusive emails from the customer in relation to the shipping timeframe, we responded with the above information including an assurance the item had been shipping and that the article reference was correct.The customer was demanding a refund prior to the item being delivered, we advised that if the item was no longer required it could either be refused upon delivery or returned to us for a full refund.The article reference being [redacted] has since been updated by [redacted] showing the item was due for delivery on July 26th and hasn't been updated beyond this.[redacted]Given the [redacted] is displaying the tracking information for the article it would show the allegation from the customer that the item wasn't shipped and that the tracking reference is without merit.Kind Regards,Sierra Pet MedsConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)like I said I have yet to this day receive the item and I would like a refund !!Final Business Response Hello,As advised in our previous correspondence, the tracking number provided for the order, being [redacted], is both a valid tracking number and shows the order was due for delivery on July 26.The shipping method selected was standard delivery which doesn't require a signature on delivery which is why the [redacted] tracking is likely showing the delivery status as not being updated as [redacted] likely placed the item in the mailbox with scanning it.If the item were returned or undeliverable this would be reflected on the tracking and there would be further scans as the item makes it's way back.The item has not been returned to us.However, in the circumstances we have issued a full refund of transaction amount in order to resolve this issue.Regards,Sierra Pet MedsFinal Consumer Response I went copied it for you and will paste belowMissing package [redacted], [redacted] - [redacted], ** ([redacted]) Add to contacts 8/12/14 Keep this message at the top of your inbox To: [redacted]Cc: [redacted], [redacted] - [redacted], [redacted]Good morning, The tracking number provided is a valid tracking number. Non receipt of goods, can not reach business only by email, and supposedly goods ordered comimg froma foreign country [redacted] which was not stated.10/7/15 I ordered a 6 pack for heartguard dogmedicine for extra large dogs 51_ 100 lbs.Paid via [redacted]. Received confirmation and a trackingno and receipt would be within 5_ to 10 days.I checked the [redacted] tracking no [redacted]supplied by them , with no avail. Called tel 888-963-9899 could never reach a live person recording said to email. I did 2 times received response from [redacted] package had been shipped.Finally on the [redacted] tracking list said no infor on [redacted] tracking. I do not buy from foreign countries,,, and to no avail now no response from the, I filed a dispute with [redacted]and nothing yet.y purchase amount was for $35.19.Please help. I have not received my order.I ordered a pet medication on April 23. The company did not say that the package would be shipped from Australia. The tracking ended once it supposedly reached the States. Still have not received the order. I ordered 1 year supply (1 a month) 51-100 pound Heartgard Plus chewable tablets for my dog. But, they sent me 2 23-45 pound Heartgard Plus chewables with 6 tablets in each package. I'm not going to go through the trouble of sending them back. I will use the ones that they sent me, but it's just frustrating since it took so long for them to be shipped, then you find out that it's the wrong order. My order was for an entire year, not 6 months, which is what these 23-45 pound chewables will be since I have a 75 pound dog. If they could send me the same order as before (2 23-45 pound chewables), so that way I could have a years supply. ThanksFinal Business Response Hello,I appreciate you confirming the order has arrived.Unfortunately it does however appear you may have misread the product packaging in that the weight listed on the pack is 23-45 kilograms which is the metric weight equivalent of 51-100 pounds with 2.2 pounds per kilogram.Both the metric and imperial weight packs of [redacted] Brown contain the required dose for a dog 23-45kg (51-100 pounds) with each chew containing 272 mcg of Ivermectin and 227 mg of Pyrantel per chew.From the information you've provided it sounds as though you've given two of the chews to your dog, whilst unnecessary to give more than required it still is a low dose amount of the active ingredients so there shouldn't be any risk there.In future only one chew is required from the brown pack for your dog.Can you please confirm whether you've given one or two chews, and if two, we can refund 1/12th of the order for you to cover that extra one that has been used.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I did give my dog 2 of the chews instead of 1.
