I have been using these guys for years for buying medication for my dogs at a lower rate than directly from the vet or 1-800-PET-MEDS; and the one time I had an issue with my local post office delivering my purchase to the incorrect address, Chloe with customer service was happy to order a replacement after I explained my situation and was very professional and friendly throughout our correspondence, attending to my every question and concern. I will continue to do business with this company as long as my animals are still kicking.

I ordered a product from Sierra Pet Meds that was supposed to arrive in 5 to 10 business days. It did not arrive until after 15 business days. I emailed them several times, but they do not offer any customer service or satisfaction. The tracking numbers they provided for DHL and USPS both showed not activity for several days.

At first I thought I got scammed because the packaging was different from the original NexGard. Plus, I saw a bunch of posts stating that it’s fake if received in that package. It’s the same ingredients and the nexgard pill is exactly like the original, just different packaging. I gave my dogs one, and within an hour I had to give them a bath because the fleas kept dying and falling off, EW. Highly recommend Sierra Pet Meds. Chloe was so nice to explain why the packaging is different and why it comes from so far away. Thanks!

I recently received my order of Bravecto for dogs, and I am very pleased with the service Sierra Pet Meds gave me. It's the best product, and they have the best price. When I was getting concerned about when it would ever get here, Chloe from customer service was with me every step of the way, always got the tracking information updated when it would stop, and kept in constant touch, responding to my questions immediately. I think Chloe is the company's biggest asset, and I'm very pleased with my experience.

Customer service is awesome!! I personally dealt with Chole, who was pleasant and informative. She assured me my package was on the way. Chole even included a tracking number. It took only two weeks to arrive in South Carolina, USA.

I ordered a 6 pack of 20kg -40kg bravecto for my dogs , who we have been having problems getting rid of the fleas to the point where the dogs are harming themselves. I found the great deal of 6 for $200 and ordered and they just arrived today, gave everyone their bravecto and the fleas are falling off and dying. Im so happy my dogs will finally be flea free for 3months. It arrived within 10days of me ordering, thats the only thing id change. Thank yall!

Ordered flea medication for my animals who need treatment. Weeks have passed, several emails exchanged and still nothing. I paid over $80 for this medication so I can't afford to go out and repurchase--meanwhile my 3 cats and 1 dog suffer during this unusually heavy flea and tick season. The company responds by giving dummy tracking numbers. There was no where in the listing that suggested that my items were being shipped from Australia. If you dig deeper into the website it states that some shipments may come from overseas but that most items are received in 5-10 business days. Most people do not read every inch of the website before ordering. If I could give less than one star, I would. You can tell that positive reviews on this site are posted by the seller.

Been a customer for 5+ years & can’t say enough good things about this company. Products are always as described w/ stellar pricing, ordering is super easy, customer service is always extremely polite, professional, thorough, & pleasant, & they stand by their products. Never had a problem with products, asking questions, shipping, & have never had to return an item. They ship out quickly from their wharehouse & are excellent at notifying you when items have shipped w/ pertinent info. All around a fabulous company. Highly recomend!!!

I ordered 3 Seresto collars for my cats and received them in the mail. None of these 3 collars look like the 3 collars I purchased from our veterinarian, feel like them and they do not have the reflective tab that the collars should have. After checking with our vet she confirmed what I had suspected, that the collars I received from Sierra Pet Meds were counterfeit and could be harmful or ineffective. I would like a full refund for the purchase price and a refund for the return shipping cost for these collars.

It's June10th, 2018 and I believe there is a better chance of Santa Claus arriving before my shipment does. It's been three weeks...cats are scratching and in desperate need of their parasite control. I don't recommend Sierra Pet Meds if you are in the U.S. ...they ship from clear across the world and did not deliver in the time frame promised.

I ordered a flea collar and it took weeks to get here. I tried to return but it would be $23 for me to ship it back to Australia and I paid $37 for it. I had to buy another collar due to waiting so long for this one so it’s useless. I’m unsure as to whether it’s authentic or not so I will be throwing in it the trash.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sierra Pet Meds USA. I find they have the best prices around and recently I found out they have great customer service too! I had purchased a Seresto flea and tick collar for my dog. Unfortunately, the collar did not seem to work for him, because I found a nasty, blood-filled tick on him. I sent an e-mail to Sierra Pet Meds explaining what happened and wondered if the had a money back guarantee and that my vet told me to purchase Simparica instead. I got an response back in a very short time from Chloe and she said they would be glad to give me a credit for the price of the collar to apply towards my purchase of the Simparica. I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and have recommended them to my friends.

I made my 1st order with Sierra Pet Meds March 2018. As a rule before I write any reviews I work with the product and let time determine if the decisions I have made in purchasing were good ones, especially when it comes to my pets who do not have their own voice.
I could not be more pleased with my experiences with this company. The ordering process was very easy, everything was explained on their website in detail. I do suggest ordering when you have at least a month supply on hand due to the fact shipping is not initiated from the US, so do give yourself some time for delivery. The product arrived in factory sealed boxes and were the product I ordered. I started my animals on them in April and everything has been wonderful. I ordered Heartgard and Nexgard for my dog and Revolution for my feline. No reactions nor did my dog get ill ingesting his meds. Thank you for making these medicines affordable Sierra Pet Meds. Continued customer for the life of my animals!
