Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer Case Number: [redacted] Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the SkinYouth Face Serum and the SkinYouth Eye Cream) on a day trial basis back on 01/29/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 02/12/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel there trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipmets on 02/12/$for the face serum and $for the eye cream , and there autoship program took effect.The following month, on 03/13/customer was charged again for both products ($for the face serum and $for the eye cream )and more bottles shipped out to her.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 03/13/and cancelled there subscriptionWe also gave customer 35% courtesy refunds on both the March charges which customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $for the SkinYouth Face Serum and $for the SkinYouth Eye Cream for the charges made on 03/13/.We will also be providing full refunds for the charges on 02/12/2016, $for the SkinYouth Face Serum and $for the SkinYouth Eye Cream .Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.-- [redacted] *, Customer Service RepresentativeSkin Youth Questions? To [redacted] :Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer Case Number: [redacted] Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, they are given the terms and conditions explaining that if they don’t cancel their trial within days of the order, they will be charged for the full amount of the product and also will be put on a monthly subscription to receive product every month until they cancel.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the SkinYouth skin and the SkinYouth Eye,the Vitamin C Serum ) on 12/18/2015.The SkinYouth Skin and SkinYouth Eye were on a day trial basis ,however the customer was given additional days which started back on 12/18/when the shipping and handling fees of $and $were paid The trials expired on 01/11/and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel customer was charged $for the SkinYouth Skin and the autoship program took effect We also attempted to charge $for the SkinYouth Eye ,however the card was declined which stopped the auto ship for the SkinYouth EyePer the autoship program the customer was then charged $on 02/11/for the SkinYouth Skin and was shipped out a fresh new bottle and then again the following month on 03/11/.Additional to the trial orders the customer had also added the Vitamin C Serum to the order and was charged $on 12/18/.The customer had contacted our Customer Service on 12/18/requesting her order for the Vitamin C Serum to be cancelled,unfortunately we were unable to stop the transaction due to the high volume of orders However to accommodate the customer we had issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the customer to receive a full refund which the customer accepted however we have yet to receiveAdditional to the RMA we had also given the customer a day extension on each of her trial orders for the inconvenience which the customer had accepted.We feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the refunds of $for the charge on 01/11/for the SkinYouth Skin,$for the charge on 02/11/for the SkinYouth Skin, $for the charge on 03/11/for the SkinYouth Skin ,and $for Vitamin C Serum which was charged 12/18/.Please relay this information to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any further questions.-- [redacted] , Email Support Team Skinyouth Skin EnhancedPhone Support: (800) 734-5933Hours of Operation: hours a day, days a week

Revdex.com:I will accept this matter as closed because I DID receive my refund of $38.71.However, my complaint is that they MISREPRESENT themselves in their adThere is no record of how much the product costs and that you are enrolled in a monthly club!! That is my complaint, plus I wanted my money back!! Also their attached account of what & how it happened is falseI only made ONE CALLOn that call, they told me what I had agreed to and I told them I wanted no partTo get me off the club and to refund my moneyI complained that their ad misrepresented the nature of their whole dealI argued that nowhere in that ad was monthly club advertised as part of the free trialThey asked if I had read the terms and conditions( I hadn't.) I should NOT have to read terms and conditions if they are "up front" about what they are advertising! If you want to follow up, ask to hear the recording of the two calls they "CLAIM" I madeI only made one call and I think you will find my words of complaint that THAT is when I found out I was enrolled in a monthly clubTheir ad looks similar to the one attached, but the small print advising how much it costs, and that you are agreeing to a monthly club.....is ABSENT!
