On 10/8/I ordered a "trial order" (their description) of Skin Youth Cream and a Trial order of Skin Youth Deluxe Eye Cream and was charged shipping for these trial orders of $& $respectively I noticed on 10/I had pending charges of $for the Skin Youth Cream and $for the Deluxe Eye Cream for these items I called them that day and was told I had to call within days....a day trial was promised but I did not receive the item until 10/ I insisted I was calling with the days and that I was disputing the charges with my bank and was told they would cancel the order Today one of the charges has gone through and the other is still in pending with my bank Whether I get this resolved or not, these people need to be investigated for fraudulent practices and as a total scam There is nothing on the site that makes it readily knowable that these tiny sample products they are sending are, in fact, their regular product and that if you don't cancel they will bill you full price not for another product, but for the one they have already sent you that supposedly are a trial The only way you can return the product is if you have not opened it, which makes it impossible to "try" at allIf you do not like it and want to cancel, they do not make their terms clear and do not follow their bogus trial period rules Something needs to be done about these people

I have had a severe allergic / toxic reaction to your productI used it the evening I received it 8/through Thursday til 9/Starting Tuesday evening, 9/1, my right ear was swollen and itchyI thought it was a bug biteWednesday both ears were inflamed, red and itchyThursday the irritation was moving down my neck and my lymph nodes were enlargedFriday I went to see my acupuncturist and my doctorNobody knew what was happeningI saw my doctor Saturday and again on Sunday and MondayThe only thing different I have done was to use the eye and skin 8cream
Finally on Monday, 9/7, I started using steroids which I have never taken beforeTuesday, 9/8, I went to my chiropractor who practices kineseology (muscle testing) and I brought the product in with meIt tested toxic and allergic to my system
I bought the sample on 8/for $for both products, but was charged $& $I received the product 8/and on 9/my credit card was charged $& $I called to complain about how toxic the product was and asked for a full reimbursement (not including the medical expenses that were over $300)Only $When I called they said that after days of the sample purchase they charge the credit card the full priceMy card was charged less than daysI had to call again to ask for the full reimbursement
