Skin Youth, LLC is a California based company that is a complete rip-off Shortly after ordering their YouthRenu Eye and Skin Creams, I found charges for $and $on my credit card I called the company and was told that they would refund half of those amounts, but that I had not read their conditions, and that technically I was at fault (as I didn't notify them within days of my order that I wished to cancel) The products are useless, unlike the FB videos that taut how wonderfully they workThe customer service manager that I requested to speak with was very abrupt with me She told me she would credit my account for 50% of the chargesHopefully this will actually happenIf not, I'll have to have my credit card company pursue them I wish there was a way to put this company out of business They have obviously duped many people

I signed up for a free trial of SkinYouth Enhanced products and received those products--an eye cream and a skin cream Within days of testing both, my skin was inflamed and itchy and burningSo, I discontinued use and forgot about it, figuring I'd made a skincare error that cost me only the $of the free trial
Yesterday, I received two more products in the mail and found that my VISA had been charged $for the products Clearly, I had not understood that a "free trial" meant signing up for regular deliveries This is my error, but the company does not make this clear in their promotion, nor was I allowed to return these products for a refund Customer Service was abrupt and unhelpful and completely uninterested in making this right Very odd, if you ask me Instead, I'm allowed to cancel my subscription, which I did quickly
I clearly was not vigilant in figuring out what I'd gotten myself into--but I'm sure others are in the same boat Does the company know the product is sub-par and simply uses the free trial to set up regular $shipments until the consumer wises up and cancels? I would never, ever recommend either the product or this company to anyone Steer clear
