customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the SkinYouth Face Serum and the SkinYouth Eye Cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/29/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.97 and $4.97. The trial expired on 02/12/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel there trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipmets on 02/12/2015 $89.97 for the face serum and $85.97 for the eye cream , and there autoship program took effect.The following month, on 03/13/2016 customer was charged again for both products ($94.94 for the face serum and $91.94 for the eye cream )and 2 more bottles shipped out to her.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 03/13/2016 and cancelled there subscription. We also gave customer 35% courtesy refunds on both the March charges which customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $63.45 for the SkinYouth Face Serum and $61.85 for the SkinYouth Eye Cream for the charges made on 03/13/2016 .We will also be providing full refunds for the charges on 02/12/2016, $89.97 for the SkinYouth Face Serum and $85.97 for the SkinYouth Eye Cream .Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.--[redacted], Customer Service RepresentativeSkin Youth Questions? According to our records, Ms. [redacted] ordered our products (the Skin Youth face serum and the Skinyouth eye cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/19/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $5.97. Her trial expired on 10/03/2015, and due to the fact she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was subsequently charged on 10/03/2015 $89.97 for the face serum and $85.97 for the eye cream, and her autoship program took effect.
Ms. [redacted] contacted our Customer Service on 10/08/2015 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled and also wanted to return the trial products for full refunds. We immediately granted her request by cancelling her account and issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so she can return products and get refunded. Furthermore, in order to deescalate the situation we refunded right away both charges of $89.97 and $85.97 on 10/08/2015.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I certainly disagree with the response received. This company never sent me any products, yet charged me over 175.00. Complete fraudulent practice. I tried several times to contact them by e-mail and telephone, but could never connect. The e-mails were bounced back and the telephone numbers provided were not theirs, they were answered by a rug cleaning service in the mid-west. I still feel they should have refunded all of what they deducted from my account. If all company's treated customers this way our country would fall very quickly and they would be out of business. Therefore, I disagree that this case is settled and will file a charge with the Attorney General's office in California regarding this matter.

Greetings,  I am writing for the clarification requested.  I was given no receipt of any kind nor any other kind of information which listed any account number.  My bank statement indicates the removal of $89.97 from NUVSKIN cream lab. I paid $4.97 for the original order,...

which was also shown as a charge paid to NUVSKIN cream lab.  The product I ordered is Skin Youth, a small jar of face cream (not eye cream) which they also call Skin Youth Enhanced.

In my opinion this is a scam operation; did the trial for $4.99; they have apparently hidden language somewhere that states you are signing up for monthly shipments at $90.00 plus shipping. The product is useless ate best and possibly harmful from reading the other reviews, Called to cancel; was told by [redacted] it was done. Received another shipment; called the automated system and cancelled; spoke to another rep; was told I had just cancelled today; no record of prior action. They offered to refund half the cost but would not accept the returned unopened box. Buyer beware!

Her trial expired on 10/15/2015, and due to the fact she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was subsequently charged on 10/15/2015 $89.97, and her autoship program took effect.
Ms. [redacted] contacted our Customer Service on 10/16/2015 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled and also wanted to return the trial product for a full refund. We immediately granted her request by cancelling her account and issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so she can return product and get refunded. Furthermore, in order to deescalate the situation we refunded right away the charge of $89.97 on 10/16/2015 without waiting for her to return the product.

Skin Youth charged me 2 times for two products postage Overcharged 1.97 and 5.97
I know this does not sound like much but when I called them to have it fixed I was told tough they do not return postage charged. I tole the guy but you charged me for 4 products at top price and I only got two. He would not let me talk to anyone else and hung up on me. I would never buy anything from them again.

Skin youth Skincare and Skin youth Skin Cream are two products that are very poor quality. They both caused redness and skin irritation and was discontinued. I thought I had received a trial offer and only had to pay for shipping and handling ($7.92) However, I was billed 12 days after placing the order for ($85.97 and $89.97). When I contacted the company, they said there was nothing they could do. I fear that my account will be charged yet again without my consent. I would not use any of their products for these two reasons.

I had ordered their sample and cancelled via the phone number listed the next day. It said my account was cancelled and I just received a charge on my credit card again. I called and spoke to someone and they stated that I never cancelled. They were going to issue at 13% refund which was $13.00 off a $90.00 dollar charge. This was unexcitable

The following month on 01/06/2016, she was charged again $91.94 and $94.94 and 2 more products shipped out to her.Our records also show that customer proceeded to dispute with her bank the charges for the month of December, so we cannot issue any refunds for the month of December, the chargeback processor and her bank will determine the legitimacy of the charges and provide refunds if necessary.We feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing full refunds for the January charges that were not disputed for the amounts of $91.94 and $94.94. As I clicked on the check-out page in this e mail for more information of Skin Youth, the page displayed something completely different than what was on my computer screen when ordering the free samples. I never agreed to any terms & conditions and Skin Youth has never produced any boxes of this nature completed with my name, address and checking any agreement to their terms. Furthermore, when the free samples arrived there was also never any information with the package that there were terms and conditions.
As I have stated before, I have no product from this company and will not pay charges for something I am not in possession of nor agreed to. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue. I currently have a complaint #[redacted] filed with The Federal Trade Commission and have written The California Attorney General. I have yet to hear back from either of these offices.
