Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer: Ms. [redacted], ID: [redacted]Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. Please see the following check-out page for more information: https://www.skinyouthenhanced.comAccording to our records, Ms. [redacted] ordered our products (the Skin Youth Face serum and the Skin Youth eye cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/07/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $5.97. Her trial expired on 09/21/2015 and due to the fact that she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was charged on 09/21/2015 for the amounts of $89.97 and $85.97, and her autoship program took effect. The following month, on 10/21/2015 she was charged again $94.94 for the face serum and 91.94 for the eye cream and the products shipped out to her. Ms. [redacted] finally called our automated system on 10/26/2015 and cancelled her subscription for the face serum only, but never cancelled the eye cream. She later returned the shipment for the face serum without getting an RMA (Return merchandise authorization), which is against the terms and conditions, and then called us on 12/04/2015 asking for a refund. We made an exception and gave her a refund $89.97 for the face serum. Due to the fact that Ms. [redacted] had not cancelled the eye cream subscription, she was charged again on 11/20/2015 for the amount of $91.94 for the eye cream and another product was shipped to her. Once again, she returned that shipment without an RMA, and we again made an exception and gave her a refund of $85.97 on 12/04/15 and cancelled her subscription for the eye cream. We feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns and thus will be providing a refund for the October 21" charge of the eye cream that she claimed she returned without an RMA for the amount of $85.97. This refund should reflect within 3 to 5 business days on the customer account. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know if you should have any further questions.Sincerely,Skin Youth Skin Care

Ms. [redacted] finally called and cancelled her subscription for the face serum only, through our automated system on 10/26/2015, but did not cancel her account for the eye cream. And for that reason, she was charged again on 11/20/2015 for the eye cream, and an eye cream bottle shipped out to her. Customer contacted us on 11/23/2015 with her bank representative to dispute the charges, after we explain the terms and conditions of the trial, we cancelled her account for the eye cream and gave her a refund of $85.97 for the November 20" charge without asking her to return the product.
We feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, however we already issued a full refund for the latest charge. Here is the refund confirmation: $85.97 RefundedTrans ID: [redacted] dated 1 1/23/2015.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This complaint can't be satisfied for me because they would not refund my money.  Why they say they will refund my money when I return the products makes no sense.  It would cost me money to ship back product that has been opened and used, you can't resell it. If they were a reputable company, they would refund my money without asking the product be returned.   This place just deceives people.  I just want this complaint posted so other consumers can look up this company and see the complaints, maybe it will keep some women from being deceived.  I will not waste any more of my time on a company that scams people.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company could resolve this issue right here at this time but refuses to do so.  First, the link they have provided to you that supposedly shows how to order the product is not the link that I responded to.  The link I responded to led me to believe that I was ordering a sample. If it said I was purchasing the product if I did not cancel in 14 days and that I was signing up for monthly shipments, it was hidden in the fine print somewhere.  Apparently when you click to order the "sample", you have just committed to monthly shipments of the product. This company is using deceptive business practices and if they were interested in any way about customer concerns, they would resolve this now.  I never received a confirming email telling me what I had signed up for nor was there any paperwork with the shipments I received indicating that I had signed up for monthly shipments.  The first time I realized what they were doing is when the charges showed up on my credit card statement.  It is all done electronically and there is no signed paperwork.  Now they produce a link that they say represents what I was presented when I signed up for their product.  I would challenge this company to prove that I agreed to order their product from a web page as represented by that link.  When I received what I thought was the sample, I did not immediately use it because I wanted to finish using another product that I already had in my possession.  I therefore had unopened containers of their product when I became aware of what they were doing and I offered to return it for a refund but they refused.  I don't think this sounds like a company who takes complaints seriously or wants to make sure customers are 100% satisfied as they have stated in their response. This is a company operating on the fringes of the law and are counting on you not to realize what you have signed up for when ordering a so-called "sample" of their product.  At best they are unethical and need to be called out for what they are.   Regards,

On October 1 I ordered the Skin Youth skin reguvenation cream on a facebook add. While doing so, it also added a Vitamin C skin serum that I DID NOT order, charging me 34.00 or so. I called immediately and stated that I only wanted the cream for the advertised price of 4.95 (the shipping cost). The customer service Rep stated that the two items come together and that he could offer 25% off, and when I said no , he then offered 50% off. I insisted that I was only wanting to buy the cream, so finally he refunded the $34. Well, today I noticed in my bank account that I was charged around $89 for an auto ship that I had no idea that I signed up for!!! I immediately called the company to cancel this autoship and get my money refunded. The employee said that I had 14 days for this "trial offer" in which I could cancel (which ended yesterday) and that she could not offer me a refund. BUT she could offer me 50% off. I'm at a loss! On the website it states that there is a 30day money back guarantee but she would not offer a refund! I asked for a supervisor, manager, HR rep...ANYONE that I could talk to that is above her. She could/would not give me any of that information. She said that it was personal information and she could not tell me. WHat kind of business is this?? The product is not working for me and I do not want another batch of it! I should be able to return it and get a refund. A refund of 89.97 is the resolution I am requesting.

Two separate items, eye care and skin care both called skinyouth were ordered at the same time and same day with different shipping costs for each charged. This was a free trial where you only paid shipping. They both came shipped together. If you cancel within 2 weeks you pay nothing more. Today I attempted to cancel. The man I talked with started to tell me I had to ship the product back. I told him no it was a free trial with no conditions other than cancel or be billed for monthly shipping and products to continue which I did not want. He said he could only find one product to cancel. I told him they both came in the same box at the same time. He hung up on me. I received an email for cancellation of only one product. I called back and was able to cancel the other product. If only one product had been canceled, I would have owed over $84.00 for the next months product he did not cancel. This appears to be a scam in every way. First he was charging me for the free trial product, then he stated he could not find the 2nd product to cancel even after I gave him the product number and order id. Please fix this scam for money. Dr Oz had recommended this skin care cream according to the add that I ordered from.
