Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, ID: [redacted]Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, they are given the terms and conditions explaining...

that if they don’t cancel their trial within 14 days , they get charged for the full amount and will be on a monthly subscription to receive product every month until they cancel.According to our records, our customer ordered our products (the SkinYouth face serum and the SkinYouth eye cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/20/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $5.97. Her trial expired on 01/03/2015, and due to the fact she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was subsequently charged on 01/03/2015 $89.97 for the face serum and $85.97 for the eye cream, and her autoship program took effect.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/05/2015 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This complaint can't be satisfied for me because they would not refund my money.  Why they say they will refund my money when I return the products makes no sense.  It would cost me money to ship back product that has been opened and used, you can't resell it. If they were a reputable company, they would refund my money without asking the product be returned.   This place just deceives people.  I just want this complaint posted so other consumers can look up this company and see the complaints, maybe it will keep some women from being deceived.
I will not waste any more of my time on a company that scams people.

Revdex.com:I will accept this matter as closed because I DID receive my refund of $38.71.However, my complaint is that they MISREPRESENT themselves in their ad. There is no record of how much the product costs and that you are enrolled in a monthly club!! That is my complaint, plus I wanted my money back!! Also their attached account of what & how it happened is false. I only made ONE CALL. On that call, they told me what I had agreed to and I told them I wanted no part. To get me off the club and to refund my money. I complained that their ad misrepresented the nature of their whole deal. I argued that nowhere in that ad was monthly club advertised as part of the free trial. They asked if I had read the terms and conditions. ( I hadn't.) I should NOT have to read terms and conditions if they are "up front" about what they are advertising! If you want to follow up, ask to hear the recording of the two calls they "CLAIM" I made. I only made one call and I think you will find my words of complaint that THAT is when I found out I was enrolled in a monthly club. Their ad looks similar to the one attached, but the small print advising how much it costs, and that you are agreeing to a monthly club.....is ABSENT!   I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I can understand why this business is not Revdex.com accredited. I accepted an online offer and purchased their product. I called and cancelled both products and my checking account was still debited for two months after the cancellation. I called and tried to explain that I had received no product for two months but yet was billed for it. I was told that one was delivered(which I still have not received) and that another was on the way. I asked for my debit to be returned but was told once again that I had received one and that the other was on the way. I have spent several hundred dollars for this product and I asked if I could return the one that was allegedly on the way. I was told that they would refund me 60% and that was it. This company is a rip off. #1-Their product does not achieve credibility for what they advertise...#2-Their business ethics are not professional in any manner. This was a huge mistake and a total ripoff. This was a very negative experience. False advertising and poor customer relations.

I ordered a free trial and was signed up for a subscription with NO DOCUMENTATION explaining this arrangement. Soon I was charged $94.94 for one cream then $91.94 for another cream. Meanwhile, I had cancelled with a company that I assumed was the same company, because their products came on the same free trial: Aloevella AKA Ojas. They charged $79.95 to my card. Totally sleazy businesses, all products returned, all charges disputed with my credit card.

Company advertised a free trial bottle. It turns out not to be "free". Within 14 days they will bill you for the "entire" amount of $80.00 for one and $89 for the other. They then want the "free" bottle returned before they will return your money

terms and conditions explaining that if they don’t cancel their trial within 14 days of the order, they will be charged for the full amount of the product and also will be put on a monthly subscription to receive product every month until they cancel.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the SkinYouth skin and the SkinYouth Eye,the Vitamin C Serum ) on 12/18/2015.The SkinYouth Skin and SkinYouth Eye were on a 14 day trial basis ,however the customer was given 10 additional days which started back on 12/18/2015 when the shipping and handling fees of $5.97 and $4.95 were paid . However to accommodate the customer we had issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the customer to receive a full refund which the customer accepted however we have yet to receive. Additional to the RMA we had also given the customer a 10 day extension on each of her trial orders for the inconvenience which the customer had accepted. We feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the refunds of $89.97 for the charge on 01/11/2016 for the SkinYouth Skin,$94.94 for the charge on 02/11/2016 for the SkinYouth Skin, $94.94 for the charge on 03/11/2016 for the SkinYouth Skin ,and $34.97 for Vitamin C Serum which was charged 12/18/2016 .Please relay this information to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any further questions.--[redacted] , Email Support Team Skinyouth Skin EnhancedPhone Support: (800) 734-5933Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

According to our records, Ms. [redacted] ordered our products (the Skin Youth Face serum and the Skin Youth eye cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/07/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $5.97. Her trial expired on 09/21/2015 and due to the fact that she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was charged on 09/21/2015 for the amounts of $89.97 and $85.97, and her autoship program took effect. The following month, on 10/21/2015 she was charged again $94.94 for the face serum and 91.94 for the eye cream and the products shipped out to her. Ms. [redacted] finally called our automated system on 10/26/2015 and cancelled her subscription for the face serum only, but never cancelled the eye cream. She later returned the shipment for the face serum without getting an RMA (Return merchandise authorization), which is against the terms and conditions, and then called us on 12/04/2015 asking for a refund. We made an exception and gave her a refund $89.97 for the face serum. Due to the fact that Ms. [redacted] had not cancelled the eye cream subscription, she was charged again on 11/20/2015 for the amount of $91.94 for the eye cream and another product was shipped to her. Once again, she returned that shipment without an RMA, and we again made an exception and gave her a refund of $85.97 on 12/04/15 and cancelled her subscription for the eye cream.
We feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns and thus will be providing a refund for the October 21" charge of the eye cream that she claimed she returned without an RMA for the amount of $85.97. This refund should reflect within 3 to 5 business days on the customer account. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know if you should have any further questions.
