I am rejecting this response because: when I purchased the items I was charged shipping on the two items. when the part did not come in for almost a month I canceled it. they choose to send it so of course I am not going to pay the return shipping but did I pay shipping for two items when I only technically got one item. how fair is that? 
I was charged shipping for two items I received one so I am entitled to part of my shipping cost back. What  is the problem. This is not how you conduct business.
