because calling in is not getting a statement they could tell me anything and they force me to take them at there word If I demand a statement in writing, I should be able to get it And I should have been forced to sign the agreement BEFORE the service was provided on my BMW I would not have had the work done had I known the interest rate was over 130% !! However, due to the fact the work was already completed, I had no other option as he ran the application right then and there They said I knew about it before I signed it however, the work was already completed before I signed anything so in all actuality, no I did not know about the terms before the service was provided for my BMW This is horrible business and I want refunded to pay off the loan I was FORCED to take

Even though they refunded the the bank did NOT refund any of the fee's so I had to take care of that myself!!
