Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:However, It was my weakness that lead me to the late response giving them the benefit of the doubt the representative was still going through some personal issues, per voice mail rep "TJ" from snap finance on 8/21/2017. It is weeks later of course with me leaving 4 voice mails since then, I just received a call back yesterday with a reply from the representative stating it was a misunderstanding with the process and how it works. Supposedly, I was to send pictures of the tires condition to an email I never received. After that step it may takes weeks for the "higher up" to evaluate the tires and make a decision all the while they are still taking out monthly payments. Overall the situation has not been handled and from the looks of it, it will not be handle anytime soon while they still try and take payment for an item that is sitting in my garage that I am not using and can not afford due to job lost. Mr [redacted] electronically signed a rental-purchase agreement with Snap Finance on June 5, After signing the agreement, he obtained possession of the merchandise and began making biweekly payments of $***All terms and costs associated with the lease were disclosed to him before he signed the agreement also, a copy of his agreement was emailed to him at the email address he provided Snap Finance during applicationSnap Finance’s rental-purchase agreement is not a loan and does not charge interestMr [redacted] is renting the merchandise he obtained from Mattress One until the agreement completes, at which time he will obtain ownershipSnap Finance provides all customers options to obtain ownership early, a Day Cash Payoff and Early Buyout DiscountMr [redacted] did not contact Snap Finance to set up payments to take advantage of the Day Cash PayoffHowever, he still has the option to purchase the merchandise early by paying 70% of the remaining balance on his agreementIf Mr [redacted] has questions about his agreement, we encourage him to contact Snap Finance at ###-###-####
