I have reviewed many complaints against Snap Finance on the internet regarding their business practices that are unethical to say the leastThe complaints are all very similar to what I am experiencing with the companyWhen I purchased the mattresses I sat at an computer filled out the application and was told I was approvedI never received a copy of the agreement or applicationThere was no specifics provided that if the mattresses weren't paid off in days it would turn into a lease purchase optionThis should have been communicated up frontThen in addition there was no statement or notification whatsoever sent by the company this is and ridiculousI definitely understand why they don't send out notifications because it would effect their revenue. The buyout option is unacceptable and I'm not surrendering the merchandise that I have paid $1,If we cannot agree on an reasonable agreement proceed with the next steps.No weapon formed against me shall prosper

contact with the merchant Mattress One about this complaintThe store
claimed they had verified ***’s Identification and have signed documentation
of delivery and gave us the delivery addressThe delivery address did not
match Ms*** address with Snap FinanceIt appears her identity may have
been used to purchase the merchandise in question
We informed Ms*** we would
require an official police report to remove her obligation with Snap Finance
Once the police report is verified Snap will release her of her obligation to
pay the lease-purchase agreementWe are waiting to receive the official police
report of the fraudIf Ms*** has further questions she is welcome to
contact us at ***We are happy to assist Ms*** in any way to resolve
the matter quickly
