confusion this may have caused herAfter the April 1st payment, Ms*** contacted us to alert us that the payment we took put her bank account into the negativeAs a courtesy to her Snap Finance offered to refund her the amount that was taken into the negative and reimburse the associated feeThe reimbursement has been processed to her accountIf Ms*** has any additional questions about her account she can contact us at ###-###-####

We have made contact with Mr***We were able to reach a resolution that is satisfactory to himIf he has any additional questions or concerns he can contact us at our main customer service number at 877-557-or he can call the individual who he was working with

I am rejecting this response because: I was threaten, and harassed that if my account was not paid in full that my furniture would be repossessed, causing me to have a nervous break downAnd to be scared while I sleptFor the accusations against meSuch as the Snap representative made against meThat were completely falseSuch as "if you don't make a payment today, or pay in fullI will note your account that you are refusing to pay, have a great day"ClickNot once did I refuse to payI told her, I would call back that I couldn't talk at the momentThat I was at work. For this reasonI would like another days to pay off my accountFrom the date of the first days of interest freeWhich is July 30,So another days interest free from that date.

Why do I have to call monthly for a statement, this is very inconvenience for the customer to be calling every month to see how payment are being appliedThis is the 21st century where a statement can be e-mail or regular mail and SNAP has both address information and I have to stop and call to request this

propertyAs stated in her agreement she can surrender her merchandise in good repair at the expiration of the term of the lease and only has to pay any past due paymentsWe have attempted to get in touch with her via email and phone in order to reach a resolution that will be satisfactory to herWe look forward to working toward a satisfying resolution with her

Mr*** entered into a rental purchase agreement with Snap FinanceOn September Snap mistakenly took two additional payments on the same dayUpon notification from Mr*** we refunded him the additional funds taken from his accountOn September 28th Mr***'s bank issued a
charge-back for the same funds that were refunded to himHe then still owed Snap Finance the amount that was refunded to himSnap Finance in working with Mr*** worked out a settlement to be paid back to Snap Finance for half of the amount he owedAs soon as those payments cleared his account was/is considered settled and paidWe will not be refunding Mr*** any additional fundsIf Mr*** is unsatisfied with his settlement arrangement we encourage him to contact Snap Finance directly by calling ###-###-####

We are sorry to hear about Mr***’s concerns about his account with Snap FinanceMr*** entered into a 12-month Lease-Purchase agreement with a Day Cash Payoff OptionMr***’s Cash Payoff expired on April 18th He did contact us to arrange payments to take advantage of this
option, but unfortunately he did not make the required payments to pay off within days. We are happy to provide him another copy of his agreementWe have scheduled two upcoming payments that will pay off his account and allow him to take advantage of our Early Buyout Discount where he only has to pay a percentage of the outstanding balanceIf he has any additional concerns about his account, he can reach us at ###-###-#### and ask for the Specialty department

agreement electronically, she was given an opportunity to review all terms
contained insideThe $processing fee was clearly disclosed in the
agreement

*** payments are made biweekly, which she selectedHer first payment was
made weeks from delivery of the merchandise fitting with her selected
paymentsWe then extended the payment date from 4/to 4/to give her the
opportunity to send us updated banking informationPayments are charged on the
next available payment date after delivery of merchandiseThere is no waiting
period of days for first paymentWe do not currently offer monthly
statements but are happy to provide her a summary of information including all
transaction/payment detail anytime at her choosing by calling our customer
service line ***. We have attempted to contact Ms*** on 5/and were unsuccessful in reaching herIf she, has any additional questions we
are happy to discuss them with her by calling the mentioned customer service

I am rejecting this response because: this has not been finalized I was approached and was told that I was being offered a "deal" when I have only requested what was being told to me The rudeness of the employee was too much I was told that it's a busy department and I should be understanding of the wait This has been going on for months The lack of communication is unacceptable I asked for a resolution based on what was presented to me from a employee The lack of communication and follow through is horrible with this company They try to make it on the consumer This WILL NOT be resolved until the refund is in my account The games the "speciality" department plays is unacceptable I have every call recorded and its clear the department that handles this tries to be a bully and lead you in a direction that they are "doing you a favor" "Will" tried to tell me that he was doing me a favor with the refund Condescending attitudes are nothing to me If the commutation and follow through was present in the "speciality" department, this would not drag on for months

We are sorry to hear about Mr*** negative experience with Snap FinanceWe have made several attempts to get in contact with him and have been unsuccessfulOn November 1st, he electronically consented and signed a Rental-Purchase agreement with Snap Finance for items obtained at Sofa
SpectrumAll costs and terms were disclosed to Mr*** before he signed the agreement and a copy of the agreement was sent to the email address he provided at the time of applicationAs a rental-purchase agreement, lease charges are spread out over the number of payments defined in his agreementSnap Finance also provides all customers with the option to obtain ownership early, by offering a Day Cash Payoff Option where all lease charges are waived, and after an Early Buyout Discount Option where the customer only has to pay a percentage of the remaining paymentsMr*** took advantage of our Early Buyout Discount Option on July 10, Mr*** account is paid in full and he no longer has any obligation to Snap FinanceIf he has additional questions regarding how Snap Finance rental-purchase agreements work, he can visit snapfinance.com, contact our customer service department at 877-557-or contact the representative that has attempted to contact him

Again, we are sorry to hear about Mr***’s customer service experienceSince the Day Cash Payoff is the customers option, we always disclose the total cost when customers request balance informationIf the customer asks about their Day Cash Payoff option, we are happy to provide the cash payoff amountWe are sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding his payment, he is welcome to set up payment to take advantage of his Day Cash Payoff Option at any timeAs stated in our previous response Mr***’s Day Cash Payoff option expires May 14, If he chooses to pay off the merchandise by that date all lease charges will be waived
