We are sorry to hear Mr*** dissatisfaction with Snap FinanceOn February 18th, Mr***' entered into a 12-month lease-purchase agreement with Snap FinanceThe total cost and fees associated with his agreement were all disclosed in the agreement he signed, a copy of which was provided to
the email address Mr***' provided in his applicationWe also made several attempts to contact Mr*** to review the terms of his agreement. Customers are able to obtain ownership early by either taking advantage of our Day Cash Payoff and after an Early Buyout Discount Option where they only have to pay a percentage of the remaining paymentsMr***' Day Cash Payoff Option expired on May 27th, but he is still eligible to take advantage of our Early Buyout OptionAs Mr*** was explained earlier he can surrender the merchandise upon expiration of any rental period in good working order, along with any accrued paymentsWe are happy to work with Mr*** on any of these optionsIf he has any questions regarding his account he can contact us at 877-557-

I am rejecting this response because: attached are the receipts of initial payment that I made of the $debit and $cash at the merchant (Speedway) to get the rims through SNAP finance I never signed an agreement the owner Mike entered all of my information through his computer to SNAP FinanceThey asked me for my bank account information and said this was the only way I could make payments and stated that my payment amount would be $every week until the remaining balance of $1,was paid off The only thing that I signed was the receipts showing my initial payments were made so I could get the rims and tires Attached is also the email I received from SNAP Finance showing that my starting balance on their end is $but the balanced that was owed after payment at the store was $1, But, my payment balance should've been $1,since I paid the initial payment of $at Speedway I don't understand what he (SNAP) means by fair market value when I did the math and from what I was told at the store it seems like SNAP Finance is trying to charge me over twice the amount of what I agreed upon On the purchase date I never spoke to anyone from SNAP on via phone or email the manager Mike from Speedway did all of the communication If it's suppose to be a rental agreement I should've never been refused to return the merchandise as I stated in my initial complaint Both the merchant Speedway and Snap Finance denied me the opportunity to return the merchandise for a month and continued taking money from me and now they're saying they want the merchandise And as a customer I shouldn't have to pay to shipping to return the merchandise to themThey stated that they don't accepted damaged merchandise then later on in the email they state they would receive the merchandise back I honestly feel like even though the merchandise was damaged (due to a pot hole in road) the amount that I owed has been paid and they haven't taken into consideration the cash amount that I initially paid down I refuse to pay another dime

We are sorry to hear about [redacted]’s concerns about her account. On July 5, 2017 [redacted] entered into a lease-purchase agreement with Snap Finance for furniture she obtained at Mattress & More. A lease-purchase agreement is a form of lease. Her lease was for a total of 12 months. All terms...

and costs were provided to her before she electronically consented and signed her agreement. We provide all customers with the option to obtain ownership early, a 100 Day Cash Payoff Option where we waive all lease charges, and after expiration an Early Buyout Discount where the customer only has to pay a percentage of the remaining payments. The cash price of her merchandise was $1,256.03 and her payment was $186.34 Monthly. At the time her 100 Day Cash Payoff Option expired on October 12, 2017, she had only made 3 payments of $186.34 for a total of $559.02, which is $697.01 less than the amount that she financed. As of the time of this response she has not paid even, the cash price amount. Since her 100 Day Cash Payoff Expired on October 12, 2017. She can still take advantage of our Early Buyout Discount if she would like to obtain ownership early. If she no longer wishes to be in possession of the merchandise she can pay any payments through her current lease term and surrender the merchandise in good working order.
