I did hear back from Snap FitnessThey did refund me one of the two monthly payments I requestedThe other they will not refund because it was a verbal agreement and not in writingI understand that there is no proof in a verbal agreement, but that is still terrible customer service to tell customers one thing and go back on their word because they are upset that they were called out on their mistakeI'm guessing I won't get anything back from them from here on out, but I appreciate your time and help in trying to resolve this matter

I will address each of the claims made by [redacted] ***.1) Security - Snap Fitness Cottage Grove is committed to secure and safe environment The front door was left open by accident The manager expecting prospects to come in for an appointment left the door open so the person wouldn't have to stand outside Upon leaving the manager did not lock the door The manager has been instructed that under no circumstances should the door be unlocked 2) The floors are mopped every day and the bathrooms are cleaned twice a day Everything is checked and loaded up as needed daily The reader needs to understand that this one of the most busiest 24/gyms in the city Care is taken in cleaning, however, the gym is only manned for hours out of the day It doesn't take much for member(s) to make a mess in the bathroom after it has been cleaned; 3) There were two treadmills that were down for nearly a month - both the units were under warranty and we were waiting for Cybex to send the part and install; 4) The temp in the gym is set at and the group fitness studio is set at - there was a day when the manager turned the heat up to warm the gym up and forgot to turn it down; 5) The overhead fans are on a switch and are not broken I can't answer who is swearing We do not condone such language; 6) Since the member in the complaint comes in between 4-am each day I'm not sure how she can say that the manager in never onsite - the staffed hours are 8-and 4-daily Mon-Thu and 10-on Saturdays We also have a cleaning person come in at night to clean the bathrooms, floors and carpet 7) the front bench which had been used for over years was replaced by a large wooden bench that provides the members with a comfortable seat to for doing their shoes Between the time the old bench was discarded and new bench came the gym had chairs that were available for members to do their shoes.Thanks,Mike [redacted] Owner
