This company is a complete scam. I’ve paid for my reservation at Seminole Hardrock hotel in Hollywood Florida & they didn’t even contact the hotel. They are a scam!!!!!!!!!

I have used Snaptravel a few times, it has been simple and quick. Most importantly it saved me quite a bit of money on rooms I wanted.

I "booked" a stay at a Washington DC hotel for the march in August for ~$555. I called the hotel the next morning and they could not locate my reservation, either in their central system or at the front desk.
I messaged Snaptravel's customer support and they said "when you make the reservation we forward the booking to the hotel. When your stay is for a date further in the future, the hotel won't input your information until closer to the date of the stay."
Anyone who's ever booked a hotel would know that's not true.
I would say snaptravel is one of those intermediary startups with nothing but shady practices to offer. I wonder what they actually do with the money you send them, because it's not reserving hotels for you.

Got exactly what they promised! The website kept me well in formed about fees to be collected at the hotel! And cancellation! They had the lowest prices on my fave hotel in Miami *** I would definitely shop deals with them again!

So far I have had a great experience with snaptravel. I have consistently used them 7 consecutive days in a row. I did so because they offered me the best and lowest price out of all the other companies out there. I highly recommend this company to those who are leery about trying a new or different company but these guys are the real deal hands down!

Booked a hotel in a pinch with snap travel and communications were highly effective in the *** messenger app. Very happy with the speedy service and great rates. Highly recommend these guys to book travel
