Easy to use. I was unsure but decided to try it. I obtained the lowest rate for 2 different hotels on 2 consecutive nights. I was riding shotgun so decided to start looking for a hotel. I booked each night approx. 2 hours ahead and there was absolutely no issues. I was wondering if when we arrived at hotel there would be an issue with price since I thought $57 sounded too low. No problem at all.

Be careful using snap travel. Booked a hotel though them for Father’s Day weekend and it was the worst experience. Been dealing with the hotel and snap travel for 2 weeks on confirming my hotel reservation. The hotel did not have my reservation to be able to check in Snap travel constantly said “there amendment team was reviewing” and they will get back to me. I never heard back. I never got emails on the status. I contacted them on a daily basis. Called the hotel the morning off and still no reservation was received by snap travel. To top it all off, snap travel had me pay ahead. Unbelievable. Was completely shocked on the situation. Unfortunately I no longer would stay on the beach for Father’s Day and had to find another hotel. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. Be Very CAREFUL USING THEM!

Rooms were clean , bathroom clean. Small TV but we were there to sleep and shower. I would stay again.

Best reservation service ever! It is easy to make reservations online, even on short notice. It also makes it quicker to check in, as payment has already been made ahead of time through Snap Travel. I will continue using snap travel and have also referred friends.

I think this is an awesome service when I get to my hotels all I do is sign a receipt and get my keys I love that! And the rooms are always up to par! The one thing I don’t like is the choice in the room and price difference... I wanted a room on the beach two days ago for my bday but I got a side room with no view of the beach so I didn’t get to choose my room per say.

I was pleasantly surprised at the low rate and upgrade that I received. You prepay first your stay but the cost is well worth it. I had no problems checking in and will use them in the future.
