First time using Snaptravel and I can truly say I was very happy with service they provide. They kept me updated continuously on availability and offered the best available!
Definitely will be using it again!
Booked a hotel for a wedding months in advance. When COVID started happening in March, I tried to cancel my booking immediately. However, the SnapTravel website said that would only receive bookings before April 30, 2020 to consider (my booking was May 2, 2020). The booking was for the state of Pennsylvania where things were on lock down during this time. I tried calling the hotel directly but phone would not answer and email on website did not work. I just received notification from snap travel yesterday that it was rejected and their travel partner charged them for your stay. So I paid for a hotel room that: I was not even allowed to travel to the state for, the wedding was totally canceled by mid-March. I tried to cancel earlier so Snap Travel could communicate with my hotel BEFORE my booking past. Of course they are going to charge months after booking has passed! Absolutely ridiculous.

As a third party booking company, we can not issue a refund unless it is approved by our travel partner. This is a policy upheld by our partner, and we are not able to make any modifications. After multiple rounds of negotiations, our partner was unwilling to amend the non-refundable nature of the booking. Therefore, we are not be able to grant a refund.Regards,Snaptravel Operations

They won't refund the money no matter what happened to you. Even under covid situation, if I go to Florida, I have to quarantine for two weeks after coming back. The policy just come out today. But no, they won't give you any refund or credits, seriously, they are the worst travelling agent ever!!! Not sure why so many 5 stars, for waht??? BE WARE! THEY ARE THE WORST!!! And their help page is useless, they don't even have a customer service number to call! So regret to book on their website just for 10% discount! Already pissed by the cancelling the trip, now I have to deal with this!!! Have to call credit card company to get the money back, can't let this evil company to win!!!

Service is individualized and met my needs via text. The hotel was not up to par but the booking service exceeded all my expectations by contacting hotel for an upgrade for me. Will be using them again.

Easy to use. I was unsure but decided to try it. I obtained the lowest rate for 2 different hotels on 2 consecutive nights. I was riding shotgun so decided to start looking for a hotel. I booked each night approx. 2 hours ahead and there was absolutely no issues. I was wondering if when we arrived at hotel there would be an issue with price since I thought $57 sounded too low. No problem at all.
