Your customer service confirmed, I was sent an email only. That was not the electronic communication agreement that I signed. See the attached document, it is the electronic disclosure agreement. I am rejecting this response because: USAA has all of the information they need to process my claim and is giving me the run around As I stated in my first response, I provided all requested documentation on August 5, To date, USAA has not requested any additional information (and neither have they mentioned specifically in their responses any additional information) In fact, I received a message from the aforementioned agent, *** ***, stating that USAA does not intend to pay my $MedPay claim because I initially filed the claim with my medical insurance provider and not USAA Please be advised that although I have outstanding balances even after my medical insurance has paid their portion, in the state of North Carolina, a claim for both parties (medical and auto insurance) can be filed I left a message for *** *** on Tuesday, 9/29/requesting documentation from my policy that supports the information he relayed in the voicemail and he has yet to respond At this point, I am respectfully requesting Revdex.com to intervene This company is refusing to pay a claim that I am entitled to and it is creating a burden for me These medical bills are past due and my credit is being affected negatively Please assist me with getting this rectified expeditiously
