I am rejecting this response because: The business refuses to provide information from the phone calls between their Mortgage representatives and my Real Estate Lawyer where it was determined that the June Payment would be included in the payoff sent to USAA on 07/02/ Further, the reporting of the Mortgage as delinquent days after the payoff was wired to them shows bad faith at best, and fraudulent credit reporting at worst.
