We apologize that Ms*** did not like the product(s) that she ordered. The items that she ordered were Final Sale items. Our policy on Final Sale items is that they cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. As a one time courtesy we will refund Ms*** $which

Sale items, as stated on our website and in our catalog, cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange The Final Sale policy can be found on our website On the home page of www.***.com there is a section titled "Customer Service." The first bullet under the "Customer Service" section is "Returns & Exchanges."
