Ms*** purchased three Final Sale items from our website, www.especiallyyours.com, on order # ***. The three items that she purchased, *** $17.99, *** $19.99, and *** $were all Final Sale items. Final Sale items, as stated on our website and in our catalog, cannot
be returned for a refund or an exchange. As a one time courtesy we will allow Ms*** to return the two Final Sale items (*** & ***) in exchange for the item she is requesting; item *** in color black size 9M. We received the item back with a very strong perfume scent. Our return and exchange policy, as listed in our catalog and on our website, is for items to be returned in the same pristine condition that they are received. We attempted to eliminate the perfume scent from the item, but were
unsucessful. We do appreciate Ms***'s business. As a one time courtesy we have refunded Ms*** $54.99. The $refund will be applied to her credit card. Please allow 24-business hours for the credit to be appear back to the credit card account. Thanks
