Hi, we have been communicating with Ms*** via email (Especially Yours employee Heide White) on resolving the issue. We spoke to Ms*** via email on 01/12/16, 01/15/16, and again on 01/18/16. Ms*** thanked us for allowing her to exchange the wigs and she told us that she was going to send them back on Friday 01/15/in exchange for item # *** in size M, color black. I believe this issue is on it's way to being resolved. If there are any other questions or concerns please let us know. Thanks

The truth is they never sent to me the orderThis being truth, the next call was about their promise to mail to me a check for the amount of in question $It is possible that it was lost in the mail, for I never received any correspondenceAfter calling again, the Service Department , they promised to to send the check for registered maili never received any registered mail from that company, "Especially Yours"I never even received any regular or registered mail from the company, "Especially Yours"Is it possible somehow to find out or prove that I have not received such a check? If I had, I surely would have cashed the check because I need moneyIs there some type of tracking that can be done to find the truthPlease help me with this problem

We have gone back and reviewed the call recording for the call that Ms*** made to Especially Yours on June 30, @ 1:11AM EST. We do not here the Customer Service Representative request Ms*** social security number at any point during the call. The only
numbers that the Customer Service Representative requested were Ms*** credit card information so that she could process her order

total of $which included $for shipping That order (***) shipped out on 07/05/ Ms*** returned both items from order #*** She used the optional *** *** to return both of these items which costs $to use Ms*** received a merchandise credit of $($credit for the two items minus the $optional *** *** fee) On 12/14/Ms*** placed phone order #*** for one item (Delicate Touch, Color 14) for $ The $was deducted from Ms***'s merchandise credit of $leaving a merchandise credit balance of $ We issued check #*** for the remaining $on 12/14/and mailed it to Ms*** Our banking records show that Ms*** did not cash check #*** for $ On 11/14/Ms*** placed mail order #*** for two items; Delicate Touch $and Amanda $ Ms*** sent the Delicate Touch item back for an exchange and the Amanda item for a credit She was given a $merchandise credit for the Amanda item minus the $fee for using the optional *** *** leaving her a merchandise credit balance of $ Additionally, we received another check from Ms*** (check #***) for $which was applied to her account We will issue Ms*** two credits The first credit will be for $57.98; this credit includes the $merchandise credit for the return of the Amanda wig from order #*** and $for the *** *** fee (we are waving the *** *** charge as a courtesy) Additionally, we will reissue the $refund check that was not cashed in regards to order #*** In total, Ms*** will receive $in refund checks Please allow 10-business days for processing and delivery of the refund checks

As you can see from my statements in the attachment from *** ** *** regarding my account, I did not received a credit on August 5th as the company stated. Nor have I received credit since my conversation with Especially Yours on January 7th.This has been the runaround I have received from the company.
