We received the correspondence from the Revdex.com in regards to your order #[redacted]-** placed 2/28/2017 via phone. We apologize if any misinformation has caused confusion in regards to your account payment.
When orders are received it is customary to invoice all items on one order...

with one total for products including shipping and processing. The total of the order is $101.23 (items $76.98 + 31.95 shipping and processing less $7.70 Customer Service Discount). The order acknowledgement confirms this information when emailed to the customer the following day. Customers are expected to make at least the minimum monthly payment on any portion of their order that has shipped. Approximately $48.94, which includes the 20pc Towel Set and shipping and processing of the order is due and payable according to the credit plan agreement. The first monthly payment was due on or before April 5th. To date, no payment has been received on account. As a courtesy, we have issued credit for the finance charge that was incurred, and put your account on hold for thirty days. To bring your account into compliance $40 is due on or before May 5, 2017. In the event payment for the shipped merchandise is received, Seventh Avenue will discontinue billing the account until the remaining merchandise is shipped or canceled.
The following is a portion of the Credit Plan Agreement which can be located online under Customer Service/Seventh Avenue Credit:
PAYMENTS: Each month you must pay at least the full Minimum Payment Due (Minimum Monthly Payment plus any past due amount) on or before the due date shown on your monthly statement. Your Minimum Monthly Payment is determined based on the highest new balance ("HNB") of your Account, in accordance with the table below or, if the HNB exceeds $3,300, then 3.34% of the HNB. The HNB is the highest principal balance of your Account since it was last paid in full. This means that the Minimum Monthly Payment will not decrease unless your Account is paid in full, but we reserve the right to recalculate the HNB based on returned merchandise or Account adjustments. We can apply your payments to fees and charges or amounts financed in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. Payments in excess of the minimum will not reduce future Minimum Monthly Payments

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am fully aware of the companies in question and the Billing method, however this doesn't explain why I'm not getting my monthly bill.  I have printed a copy of the letter and response and will have the Letter Carrier take it to her Supervisor to see where that leads.I received letters yesterday from Swiss Colony, Country Door and Monroe and Main with my balance due on each account, which is fine except I need my monthly bill not just a piece of paper with my balance on it (they literally sent me a piece of paper with the balance, not a statement).I will follow up with Revdex.com in approximately 10 days to 2 weeks or as soon as I hear something from the Post Master in Waldorf, Maryland.  Your help in greatly appreciated.

[redacted] I have proof of certified mail sent to this company who has still not acted in good faith in regards sending my signature of a validated  contract of agreement that this is my account and that they are reporting correctly on my credit file which as of this date they have not./ By lookin at a computer screen and saying I made payment or see a name does not validate a debt owed . I would like to know what steps were taken to validate this debts I would like cancelled checks or proof of how these so called payment we made when the debt was charged off and how did this allege debt go from 275 to 455. To date you still have not validated that this is my debt by my signature and you still continue to report a debt on my credit report that I have dispute and have not responded until 60 days after request, once again you failed to report accurately on my credit file.

My husbands name is [redacted]- but an account in his name shouldn't appear on my credit file. We've lived at our address for over 10years. If they can't find the account that I've disputed it's further evidence that it shouldn't be on my credit report.

is not from Ashro, it is from Ms. [redacted] bank. Ashro did not stop the payment, Ashro has no record of receiving the payment. Ms. [redacted] should check with her bank regarding the reason the payment was stopped. Regardless, it is clear from this note that the funds never left Ms. [redacted] bank account and, therefore, she is not due a credit to her account for a missing payment.
Please note that the remaining payments in Ms. [redacted] notes correspond to the payments listed in the previous response.

Again, the Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave Creditors offers an issue that is irrelevant to the request.  Question: What does having a medical issue/disability which may or may not have been acquired before credit was established with this company, have to do with establishing suitable arrangements of payments?  It was never stated that the money would not be paid back.  It was requested that lower terms be established without penalty.  Does Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave. have any questions on their credit application asking individuals if they have a  disability or issues prior to establishing credit with them. The answer would be No!  That is against the law. So, why would they make the following comment: "Whatever financial constraints Ms. [redacted]' injury and forced retirement may have placed on her were already in place when she opened her Montgomery Ward account."Example of a Hypothetical Application Question: Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave:  (Asks an applicant)  Do you declare any disabilities prior submitting this credit application.  If you do, you may or may not be approved.2.Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave  -  "As stated previously, Wards is willing to make adjustments to accommodate consumers who have experienced sudden, unforeseen changes in their financial condition."What defines a sudden change?  My sudden change was also compounded when I took on the expenses of my brother's sudden death that resulted in be providing maximum funds for his burial.  That also took a toll on my income and ability to pay the debt in a timely manner.3.Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave   -  "As a result, her request to modify her payment plan was declined"The modification was declined on the merits of Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave's own request.  They are the ones who suggested that I furnish all of the information as proof that I was in a hardship status, not me.  I furnished every document in which they requested and they continued to ask for additional documents as I provided each one.  They then began to make the request more and more difficult and improbable as I granted their requests one by one.  They gave the impression that I would not be able to come up with the requested documents, but I did anyway. Finally, after running out of requests, they simply denied the modification.  I even furnished names of all the customer service providers in which I spoke with. There should not have been any denial during this process.4.Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave   - Finally, as stated previously, Ms. [redacted]' account has been referred to a collection agency, Any and all payments on the account should be directed to the collection agency.Ever since I began this process, Montgomery Ward/Seventh Ave   -  quickly placed this account in a collection status, which was not in one prior to my complaint.  They seemed to want to quickly get rid of me as opposed to working with me or establishing a viable solution.

I asked them for my account number they are full of bull I told them I didn't know the catalog number what they did is send me the catalog and place the order for me then turn around and charge  asking me for a down payment and stating over the phone I should be getting my stuff on the 17th of this month and the 15th which are lies they invent mores to cover for the lies they invented I want my stuff

An electronic deletion request was sent on March 31, 2016 to each of the major consumer reporting agencies. If one or more of the agencies has failed to comply with the deletion request Ms. Ingram will need to address the issue with the agency directly.

Midnight Velvet's records indicate one of the items Ms. [redacted] returned was never received. As a result, the provisional credit to her account was reversed on April 6, 2016 and finance charges and late fees have accrued since.
In the interest of resolving this complaint, Midnight Velvet as...

credited Ms. [redacted] account for the return and adjusted the account to remove all late fees and finance charges. The account now has a zero balance.

My father, Art Duncan, received a letter from Ginny's on 1/26/15 which stated that they had determined that he did not place the order and his credit will not be impacted. It appears that the matter is moving in the right direction. Thank you, [redacted]  Regards,

Ms. [redacted] will need to identify the company and the account number in order for her complaint to be investigated.

Ms. [redacted]'s order was held due to her previous bankruptcy, which included a Monroe and Main account. While the bankruptcy may no longer appear on a consumer credit report, it remains in Monroe and Main's records and can be used by its affiliates for the purposes of credit approval. Nonetheless, Midnight Velvet mailed a pre-approved offer to Ms. [redacted] at the 120 Lafayette St. address. The order that was received did not use that address, nor did it include the codes from the pre-approved offer sent to Ms. [redacted]. Midnight Velvet will honor the pre-approved offer sent to Ms. [redacted], provided she use the address and the codes that were included in the offer.

Ms. [redacted]'s order was held due to suspected fraud. The order in question requested expedited shipping to an address associated with a previous fraudulent order. Midnight Velvet will contact Ms. [redacted] to attempt to resolve this issue.

Seventh Avenue considers this matter to be resolved. From the previous response: Nonetheless, in response to a request from Ms. [redacted] prior to this complaint, Seventh Avenue has requested deletion of the inquiry from her consumer credit report.

Ms. [redacted] room mate has contacted Ginny's and confirmed that she placed the order. The balance of the order has been transferred to a new account in the purchasers name and the account belonging to Ms. [redacted] has been closed. It should be noted that Ginny's did not request or receive a copy of Ms....

[redacted]'s consumer credit report and that no information regarding her short-lived account has been or will be furnished to a consumer reporting agency.

Seventh Avenue's records indicate three calls from Ms. [redacted] on January 12, 2018. Seventh Avenue is reviewing the calls to determine if the agent involved met the company's expectations for customer service.
The fact remains, however, that Seventh Avenue has not furnished information regarding the account at issue since April of 1998. If information regarding the account appears on a consumer credit report, Ms. [redacted] should dispute the information with the agency that prepared the report.
