[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have reviewed the answer and, while I'm glad it is resolved and they have sent my merchandise, I am not happy about what I have had to do to get this matter resolved.  Seventh Avenue did not follow through as they had promised.  They said that as soon as they received my check, they would send out my merchandise.  My check was received by them and cleared my bank and they had still not sent out my order.  I had to go through the Revdex.com to get the issue resolved and, within two days, they had shipped my order.  Thank you to Revdex.com.  I will probably not order throuh Seventh Avenue again.

Ms. [redacted] account was opened with a billing address of [redacted]. The billing address has not changed since the account was opened. Midnight Velvet has no record of receiving returned mail for the account statements mailed to Ms. [redacted] attention. Midnight...

Velvet is responsible for mailing account statements to the address provided by the consumer. It is not responsible for ensuring their delivery. Moreover, attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] by telephone regarding her delinquent account were unsuccessful. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted], Midnight Velvet will credit her account to remove the late payment fees, reducing the outstanding balance on her account to $73.22.  Ms. [redacted] can arrange payment of her account by contacting Merchant's Credit Guide at [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] opened his Home at Five account in April of 2014 with a purchase of just under $100. The payment plan for Home at Five required a minimum payment of $5 on a balance up to $100 and 5% of the Highest New Balance above $100. Mr. [redacted] made regular payments of $5 for approximately one year...

before he made a second purchase on his account. This purchase created a new high balance that exceeded $100 and increased his payment to $5.24. Mr. [redacted] failed to make the required minimum payment in the first month after his new purchase, resulting in a late payment fee. Mr. [redacted] resumed making regular payments, but failed to make the required payment in November of 2015 and February, March, June, September, November and December of 2016, resulting in the imposition of additional late payment fees.
As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted], Home at Five has credited his account to remove all late payment fees. This adjustment will appear on his next monthly billing statement and will bring his account current. If Mr. [redacted] wishes to pay his account in full he will need to commit to making regular, timely payments equal to or greater than the minimum payment due.

Mr. [redacted] opened a Home at Five credit account in April of 2014. The account balance was paid in full on June 2, 2014. On June 10, 2014 Mr. [redacted] placed an order in the amount of $396.92. He proceeded to make payments on the account in July, August, November and December of 2014 before placing...

another order in the amount of $141.11 on December 10, 2014. One additional payment was made on the account in March of 2015 before Mr. [redacted] allowed the account to be charged off as a loss in August of 2015. Home at Five received payments totaling $169.76 on orders totaling $538.03, resulting in a balance at charge off of $621.55, including finance charges and late fees.
The account was referred to a collection agency for recovery on August 22, 2015. Home at Five recalled the account on August 27, 2016 with the intention of placing it with another agency. Apparently the agency had received a payment for the full balance from Mr. [redacted], but had not reconciled the account with Home at Five at the time of the recall. In this instance, the collection agency should have retained Mr. [redacted]’s account and closed it when the payment was remitted to Home at Five. The agency failed to do so and, as a result, the account was referred to a secondary agency on September 1, 2016.
On September 7, 2016 Home at Five received a payment from the original collection agency for the full balance on the account. Unfortunately, the account had already been referred to the secondary agency. Mrs. [redacted] called Home at Five on September 26, 2016 and stated she had received calls from a collection agency regarding the account. Home at Five recalled the account from the agency. Home at Five regrets any inconvenience Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] may have experienced as a result of this matter.

Mr. [redacted] placed an internet order with Swiss Colony on November 27, 2016. It should be noted that Swiss Colony did not pre-screen Mr. [redacted], nor did it send him a pre-approved credit offer. After reviewing his credit history, Swiss Colony determined that payment of the order would be required...

in advance of shipment. Mr. [redacted] made the required payment on December 19, 2016, at which time only one of the three items Mr. [redacted] ordered remained available. Mr. [redacted]'s overpayment was refunded on December 28, 2016. Swiss Colony offers its apologies for any inconvenience he may have experienced as a result of this matter, but it is not responsible for any decision Mr. [redacted] may have made to remit funds that were not actually in his checking account at the time the payments were made.

Our statements show up to three contact numbers for your convenience, one for Credit Counseling, another for Customer Service and a third for placing an order.  These are shown under the first fold of the statement. We wished you had contacted us right away if you were unhappy with your purchase. Our records indicate the first communication regarding your order was 9/17/15.   Our guarantee states, “When you receive your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing charges) or exchange.”   
 
Our goal is to present new and unique products with the best combination of value and service to you.  To do this, we always try to obtain the best cost from our manufacturers and craftsmen, keep our expenses low, price our products fairly, package them properly and mail them to you when you desire.  Unfortunately, we do not price match from “warehouse” companies, Ltd, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, QVC, FingerHut, WalMart, or any direct manufacturer.  We do understand that at times, one can find the same or similar item at a lower price than us. 
 
As a courtesy, we will issue UPS call tags to return the Mini Stereo.  Please package the stereo and remove all outside labels.  UPS will have a return label and make three attempts for pickup within the next three to five business days.  Upon the returns processing, credit will be issued and a refund of payment will be returned.  Please allow from seven to twenty one days for the complete process to be completed.
 
Late fees and finance charges accrued on the account as the one payment received 6/24/15 was not made in accordance with the credit agreement.  PAYMENTS: Each month you must pay at least the full Minimum Payment Due (Minimum Monthly Payment plus any past due amount) on or before the due date shown on your monthly statement. Your Minimum Monthly Payment is determined based on the highest new balance ("HNB") of your Account, in accordance with the table below or, if the HNB exceeds $2,400, then 3.34% of the HNB. The HNB is the highest principal balance of your Account since it was last paid in full. This means that the Minimum Monthly Payment will not decrease unless your Account is paid in full, but we reserve the right to recalculate the HNB based on returned merchandise or Account adjustments. Ashro has two accounts at Ms. [redacted]s address, one under the name [redacted] (ending in [redacted]) and one under the name of [redacted] (ending in [redacted]). The [redacted] account was opened via the internet on January 12, 2015 and has payments made in February and March of 2015. The...

[redacted] account was opened in October of 2012 and is the account for which Ms. [redacted] has been receiving notices for non-payment. If both of these accounts belong to Ms. [redacted], Ashro will be happy to combine them into one account, with one billing statement. If they are separate accounts for separate individuals, Ms. [redacted] will need to ensure that she is paying on the account in her name.
