[redacted]I did not order anything from this company my daughter ordered it under my name and was paying for it,I have been trying to resolve this by paying it off in full and for them removing it from my credit report since I was not responsible for this order,I feel they should comply with my requests,furthermore I refuse to pay any collection companies,I do business with businesses themselves not 3rd parties

We received the correspondence from the Revdex.com regarding your order #[redacted] placed 5/22/2015 via internet for the Contrast Stitched Loveseat.  We are sorry for any disappointment with the loveseat.
 
Our records indicate we received a review of the product 7/20/15 and...

an email on 7/27/15, to which responses were issued regarding the packaging of the product for return:  this is customary procedure.  Your concerns are taken very seriously, as new information states the loveseat broke when your daughter sat on it.  This data has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department and someone will be in contact with you within the next 24-48 hours.  If they are unable to reach you by phone, a letter will be sent. Currently the order has a different physical address and email than the address’ listed above, please let us know if our account information should be updated.

Swiss Colony's records indicate Ms. [redacted] used an account ending in 2347 to make internet payments on her account in March, April and May of 2017. She used a different account in June of 2017, then switched back to the 2347 account in July and August. Both the July and August payments were returned...

with code R13. Ms. [redacted] has not been assessed a return payment fee by Swiss Colony for either of these payments. As a courtesy, Swiss Colony has credited her account in the amount of $4.28 to remove finance charges. In order for any additional adjustments to be made, Ms. [redacted] will need to provide documentation from her bank reflecting the payments in question were honored by her bank.

Ms. [redacted] account was charged off as a loss and referred
to a collection agency in September of 2014. Ms. [redacted] reached an agreement with the collection agency to settle the account for two payments of $59. Montgomery Ward’s
records indicate one payment of $59 was received from the...

2014. Ms. [redacted] second payment was returned and, as a result, the
settlement was not completed.
Ms. [redacted] has contacted Montgomery Ward on multiple
occasions and has been repeatedly informed that the collection agency is
handling her account. If Ms. [redacted] wishes to settle or pay the account she
will need to contact the agency directly.
Finally, Ms. [redacted] should take note that, should the
account be settled or paid in full, the status of the account will be updated.
The account information will not, however, be deleted from her credit file.

The credit report does not show the complete account number.  It only shows as Montgomery Ward [redacted] with a balance of $430 and past due $150.

Ms. [redacted] contacted Swiss Colony regarding her account in August of 2013. In October of 2013 Ms. [redacted] called and indicated a niece had placed the order on her account and she was not responsible for payment. A letter was sent to Ms. [redacted] to facilitate a transfer liability for payment of the...

account to her niece. The Swiss Colony shipping order was also sent to Ms. [redacted] as some of the items ordered were shipped to her home address. Ms. [redacted] has never returned the completed letter or an identity theft affidavit in support of her claim that she was not responsible for payment of the account. The Swiss Colony will investigate this matter further upon receipt of additional information or documentation from Ms. [redacted]. At this time, however, based on the information currently available, The Swiss Colony has a reasonable basis for believing Ms. [redacted] is responsible for payment of the balance on the account.

The last billing statement mailed to Ms. [redacted] was prepared and mailed on February 17, 2016. Ms. [redacted] failed to make the required minimum payment on or before her February due date, resulting in the assessment of a late payment fee on February 27, 2016. 3, 2016 in the amount shown on her 2/17 billing statement. On March 7, 2016 Ms. [redacted] made a payment by phone in the amount of the $10 late fee. The account has had a zero balance since March 7, 2016 and the account is now closed to new purchases in accordance with Ms. [redacted]'s request.

Seventh Avenue has credited the account to a zero balance and sent a deletion request to the consumer reporting agencies to remove the account information from Ms. [redacted] credit file.

[redacted]  they (swiss colony and ginny's and ward's were all three contacted by me personally from my home matching the same phone number on record and told that it was me and thet swiss colony said it was verified and that they were again placing my order the fraud alert was done by equifax they do it intentional everytime I dispute a debt on there and I have to keep writing them letters to remove it ,it's such a pain but the reason my last name is [redacted] if they would jusr ask for a marriage license I couldve faxed one over they handled this very poorly considering I paid them perfect everytime! and ginny's is lying? I never bought over ever
